That’s a milestone album thanks in large to the production of Quincy Jones. He gave MJ (who is very talented) a signature sound with Thriller. Beach Boys produce their own shit, that’s the big difference. Listen to Pet Sounds through some headphones and let your foolish beliefs dissolve away over the course of the record.
