Strange occurence... hmmm.

A few years ago I was staying at my parents' house. I was in my room asleep and all of a sudden, in a dream (or what I thought was a dream), some ghost zombie-ish thing came at me and tried to strangle me. I woke up from the 'dream' unable to catch my breath for a few seconds. I thought for a second that maybe the arms of the giant teddy bear I was using as a pillow might have somehow gotten his arms around my neck and restricted my breathing somehow. No such luck. I grabbed a cross necklace, got up, and turned on the light. I looked in the mirror and there were human fingerprints around my neck. Looking in the mirror wasn't a dream. I scratched myself, hard, to make sure it wasn't. I went back to bed and eventually fell asleep (somehow). Better believe I slept in that necklace too. When I went to tell my mom the next day, the marks were gone, but the scratch I had put on myself the night before was still there.

And that's why I wear a cross to bed at my parents.
