You should be happy phat, around here its about twenty dollars more for a hq(or eighth, we say half quarter here). This is really an exciting time to be alive in america. I cant wait to see how this all pans out
There's a gateway in our minds
That leads somewhere out there, far beyond this plane
Where reptile aliens made of light
Cut you open and pull out all your pain

Depending on your condition here in CO if you say that you use edibles on your apllication your md can give you up to 28 plants with half in veg and half in bloom. but i’m a minor so I’d have to have both parents sign off as well as two doctor’s recommendations. Cali still got it on lock for now. Denver is the mecca in the state though and I’m at the southern edge so it’s not the same as everywhere. Medical’s still the way to go. The recreational laws are whack imo.

Now I haven’t brushed up for months but I believe you can only purchase a 1/4 a day only if you are a resident and the only way a non-resident could buy is with a passport to prove your age. It’s bogus. My big homie was telling me how the licencing is through the roof too. I may not be a patient but I’m on the medical bandwagon too. I do wish it was legal for either use nationwide because it’s a victimless crime. unless you’re at a mom and pop’s buffet or somethin

You do not need a passport to buy that’s ridiculous. Any adult 21+ w/ valid ID can buy cannabis in CO, no med card needed. Out of state buyers are limited to 1/4 oz. at a time. The recreational shops are pretty much for tourists, at those prices, few locals will be willing to bite.
I’ve lived in northern California and I know the scene there is popping… But the fact is a higher percentage of Coloradans smoke cannabis than Californians. The days of California being king of the American cannabis market are over. Long gone.

Damn right! My dad gave my wife a bag of that wild new hydro everyone be tokin as a birthing gift, it looks like its about a half oz. Neither of us have toked it yet. I don’t care to blaze anymore and the wife doesn’t have the right urge yet. However despite not being a user, I’m intensely supportive of ending this war on drugs mess. Here in NY we had it bad with those Rockefeller Laws.
Possible Cons to Legalizing:
~ (paranoic but you never know) if the government will eventually start sneaking in additive chemicals to hook the customer and what not, like with cigarettes.
~ embarrassingly cheesy weed commercials and advertisements. Imagine the “lazy stoner”, “burnt out hippie”, etc stereotypes ruining the positive aspects of cannabis on TV. I shudder to imagine lol
~ government monopolies over mom and pop grow operations.
~ federal interference over state laws (once again!) If it doesn’t go federal, that is.
That’s all I can think of.
Possible Pros to Legalizing:
~ Too many financial, civil, spiritual, personal, mental reasons to count. What an exciting time to be alive, as Slum stated!

@guest thanks for clearing that up, I don’t where that got in my head and I’m glad to know that. It’ll bring a lot better tourism than the fucking skiers and shit we get.

There are no con’s to legalizing weed. Absolutely none. Zero. Nada. Zip. Legalize it, all my dealers are dicks who hardly ever pick up their phone, take forever to call you back, show up late (or not at all) and seem to think that I should smoke with them. Legalize it, fuck ya’ll, I’m goin’ to 7-11 to get bud and donuts. Bet they jump back on my dick. Fuck ’em.
