Morton’s List news including L.I.F.E. game, new Kickstarter, lots more!

We got hit up by our homies at Morton’s List about some new happenings in for all of you Listalos!

I’ll post the details shortly, but they cover the new Kickstarter that they launched a few weeks ago.  There’s also a version of Morton’s List called Morton’s List: L.I.F.E. that offers 80 hours of non-repeating gameplay for a tiny $13.00 donation.

Find out about all of this and more in the email blast below.

From Morton’s List:

The Boulder of Dreams is our most auspicious summoning yet, and continues to gain power by the day. On Friday, February 13th, we launched the first Kickstarter of 2026, with a powerful new video. It is packed with over 1:40 worth of esoteric symbology, energized glyphs, and mystical chaos, all crafted by human hands. It is no coincidence that you are now reading this email, and the smallest spark of karma can help roll something magnificent.

We continue to welcome new players to Morton’s List: L.I.F.E., while deepeningthe experience of legacy players. New Quests blend the familiar with even more unexpected outcomes. To these ends, there will be three new standalone Tables reflecting three situations not expressly covered by the existing rules, giving players more occasions for unpredictable, real-life play. There is a Table of family-friendly Quests, a Table for a pair of players, and the most chaotic Table yet released, creating a powerful trio of hybrid and expanded descriptions for as-yet-unrolled experiences. For $13, the full set of new PDFs delivers over 80 hours of non-repeating gameplay.

Dice of such sparkle and extravagance may seem like a luxury, but when compared to what some other games are charging, it is an incredible deal. A typical AAA Steam game, for example, costs more, while offering way less physical activity and almost no socializing. A deluxe board game about the Birds of Mars might cost as much as the dice tier, without bringing 1/100th of the beauty and mystique to your gaming shelf as this Morton Boulder.

Morton’s List reflects the timeless change that is a part of any era, and especially that of today. We are presently 13 years into the 13th Bak’tun, walking on the razor’s edge between all and nothing. Every Quest presents the Inner Circle with a challenge, asking players to look around, think about it, discuss it, and then do it. If you like to shape reality through direct, collaborative action and experience the power of karma, we ask that you help this launch soar, at whatever tier you can.

The 2023 rebirth of Morton’s List was made possible entirely by player support, and the Inner Circle can now roll Quests from gleaming new books, fully dripped in crispy merch. We are entering a third crucial year in this mysterious chapter, and by Friday, March 13th the die will be cast. Your karma makes this possible.

Karma always,

Morton’s List

The ninjas at Morton’s List continue to develop this legendary game, so if it’s been a while since you’ve rolled the 30-sided die, or you know nothing about it at all, you can find out everything you need to know at MortonsList.com!
