This breaking news has just been reported by TMZ. Adam Yauch (aka MCA), one-third of the iconic hip hop group The Beastie Boys, is dead at 47. Long before the term Juggalo was even around, I was a fan of the Beastie Boys. So all we can say is best wishes, and our thoughts are with Mr. Yauch’s friends and family. Rest in Peace MCA.

as much as the newer beastie boy music was annoying and from a whack planet,,,w/o the Beasties i doubt we wouldve seen our kid rock’s, eminem’s, ICP, Twiztid.
