Jack Sin

Hey Juggalos and Juggalettes and the freakshows the keep checking the Underground Spotlight. It’s BeZerk, and I bring you an interview with an artist you maybe familiar with if you been lurking and trolling FLH. He goes by the name Jack Sin, and he is featured on Big Ian and T.O.N.E-z new free mixtape.

Coming straight out of Michigan (for those ‘los and lettes that are a little geographically challenged and don’t know what MI means), Jack Sin is killing stages and dropping hot fucking albums. You can download both albums free (because free shit is always good shit) and dig the freshness while you check this interview out. So cop the freshness, cop the new mixtape if you haven’t, and check this shit…

Interview for: Jack Sin
Members: Greg Stone
From: Jackson, MI
Rolls With: Sik Made

Faygoluvers: Why do you rap?

Jack Sin: Personal expression. I got something to say, and I want people to hear it. I imagine it’s the same reason an artist would paint, or a killer would murder. I feel that we might have lost that expression in the style of music we listen to, mainly the wicked shit, horrorcore, whatever you wanna call it. To many up and coming rapper’s want to be the next I.C.P. or Twiztid, instead of just being who they are. I want people to know this is me giving to you, I’m not wearing a mask or painting my face, I’m giving you my soul on a track. To hear people out there singing that shit, and just feeling what I got to say. That’s why I rap.

Faygoluvers: Where did you come up with the name Jack Sin?

Jack Sin: I use to go by a different name actually, that I wont mention since half the people out there use it, but I had put out two CD’s by this point, and I was doing a lot of internet promotion when I noticed other people using the same name. So I sat down with my team, and we decided to change the name, and not to sound cliché, but I was just sitting around smoking some trees when it just hit me. I could represent my city, and do the wicked shit I love by just changing around Jackson to Jack Sin.

Faygoluvers: Who are some of your inspirations?

Jack Sin: My mother. She is a hard working woman. She had to raise me all by herself, because my father couldn’t handle it, so he bailed. And my children. I got two little boys, Cameron 5, Malaki 1, and another one on the way! They keep me going, if it wasn’t for my kid’s I’d probably be sitting on Cooper St., in a prison cell.

Faygoluvers: Who have you worked/collaborated with?

Jack Sin: Smokehouse Junkiez, Str8Jaket, Dr. Gigglez, Tech N9ne’s Bodyguard; Joe Vertigo, Mcellus, Shado, Klax Green, Cazkit of the Newport City Scumbagz, J Kryptik, E-Merge, and Satur9

Faygoluvers: Who would you like to work with in the future?

Jack Sin: Mike E. Clark! I wont lie I just love the music that crazy fucker comes up with! Also Esham! He’s a madman when it comes to making music! I mean, real respect, real.

Faygoluvers: What is your favorite Faygo flavor?

Jack Sin: 60/40

Faygoluvers: You are featured on the new Faygoluvers.net mixtape Winter of Our Discontent. How did that come about?

Jack Sin: Well you guys have been looking out for a ninja over the past year (helping me promote), and we’ve released a couple CD’s through your website with a real nice turn out. So I figured hey, “the worst they can say is no, right.” But thankfully you guys didn’t say no, and you let me get on. I hear the mixtape is doing very well!

Faygoluvers: What do you have coming up? Any albums, mixtapes, or merchandise coming out?

Jack Sin: I’m not sure when this will come out, but Ghost in the Flame’s is released Oct. 15th, and Sik Made Productions recording artist, Shado, has a CD called Peace(goodbye) coming out this fall as well. He spits that straight up hip-hop fire! I will send you a link for his new CD when I get it I promise!

Faygoluvers: When and where are your next couple of shows?

Jack Sin: When: October 30th
Where: Rocket Night Club, Jackson, MI
Featuring: Smokehouse Junkiez

Nothing so far after that. I’ve been really busy with a secret project! But don’t tell anybody.

Faygoluvers: Got any Shout outs?

Jack Sin: Black Hoodi Records, Dead N Dirty Productions, Roach Records, the entire Murder Mitten for putting it down, the Juggalos, we all family and we need to start acting like it. Whoop Whoop! And I can’t forget about Faygoluvers.net! Thank’s for everything you have done for me!
