So as of this moment, I am not going to be doing anymore interviews until these ones get finished up. I have been forgetting about people, not saving shit properly, and a whole shit ton of stuff. So this cat that I bring you this time, I’ve been a fan for a little while, watching his stuff through Facebook and YouTube. Working close with Liquid Assassin (from Grave Plott if you’ve been living under a rock) and a grip of other people (including his own record label), Black Pegasus is an artist that isn’t a bitch in the game. He’s worked with some of my favorite artists, and I am sure some of yours.

His new album is dropping in March of next year, with 4 Liquid Assassin tracks, and there is going to be so much more shit on it, you will literally poop out your ears. This will be some dope hot shit for the juggalos out in the Colorado area (where Axe Murder Boyz are from). Faygoluvers: Why do you rap?

Black Pegasus: ‘Cause I love that shit! Putting out my ideas to the world in the form of a song. I love writing punchlines & metaphor’s, ’cause i grew up battle rapping.

Faygoluvers: How did you come up with the name Black Pegasus?

Black Pegasus: My name is a metaphor for: Poetic Inspiration to people in darkness.

Faygoluvers: Who are your influences?

Black Pegasus: I’m from the Golden era, so its old school to some of these youngsters, but cats like: Ice Cube, Too Short, Snoop Dogg, Gangstarr, Wutang Clan, Biggie, TuPac, Big Pun & Easy E.

Faygoluvers: What makes you different or unique from other artists?

Black Pegasus: I run my own label, manage my own career, I ghost write for artists, manage other artist, throw events in my region, I DJ, pop taggs, pipe bitches, slap bitch niggas, etc. But what makes me different is I do all that Sober. I’m straight edge. The sober soldier! Let’s get It!

Faygoluvers: What’s your favorite Faygo flavor?

Black Pegasus: Rock n Rye

Faygoluvers: You do a lot of stuff with Liquid Assassin (of Grave Plott for those who didn’t know). Any projects with him coming up?

Black Pegasus: He is On my New album 4 times “The Brass Knuckle King” Thats my Brotha. We’re working on some group shit called the Red Monkeys. It would have been out by now, but Killa C was hatin, so we could only put out a EP called Banana Spitz! It’s crazy though. You can peep it on iTunes Right Here.

Faygoluvers: Who would you like to work with in the future?

Black Pegasus: I have already done songs with my Favorite Indy artist : Tech N9ne, Liquid Assassin, Chino XL & Immortal Technique. I only like doing songs with people I know. I don’t stress guest appearances like that. It’s all about my Crew Brass Knuckle Gang. So, we will see who we link up with in the future. I’m always open to work with real niggas.

Faygoluvers: Who have you worked with and opened for?

Black Pegasus: I’ve done songs with: Tech N9ne, Kutt Calhoun, Liquid Assassin, Chino XL, & Immortal Technique. I have done shows with all of them plus, Twiztid, Potluck, T.I, 50cent, Snoop Dogg, Dead Prez, Red Man, Wu-Tang, Method man, and a ton of other national artist.

Faygoluvers: Do you have any projects in the works?

Black Pegasus: My album “Brass Knuckle King” is gonna drop on March 2011. It’s a fucking crazy ass Record. My best album to date.
