I'm getting a PS4 soon, and have begun to make a list of games i want. So anyways, Dying Light, another first person shooter zombie game. I was originally excited about it, until i recently watch a few gameplay videos of it on YouTube. The first thing that popped in my head was Dead Island. And that was a so so game for me at best. Anyone here played Dying Light? Is it worth a purchase? A rental? Or should i skip it?

It's a less tongue-in-cheek version of Dead Island with an emphasis on climbing and parkour. It does distinguish itself by having the behavior of the enemies change based on whether or not it is night or day. The core gameplay is essentially the same though so if you didn't have a lot of fun with Dead Island you'll likely want to rent it or skip it altogether.

I've been really disappointed with the selection of games on the next gen consoles so far. Can't fucking WAIT for Fallout 4

I wish they'd put out a game like Left 4 Dead on PlayStation. Seriously the best zombie game ever made.

I think its a good game...Has a lot of stuff to do plus they have an expansion coming...maybe wait till the price goes down a bit....40$ be worth it for sure...better than dead island thats for sure. I cant wait for fallout 4 too...also gear of war ultimate edition on x box one when u buy it between aug 25 and christmas you get backwards compatibility for all gears of war games to play on x box one for 40$$ ....now thats a deal....also next year fucking DOOM!!! looks sic as fuck...cant wait..
