Lost SocietyLooking for some feedback on some rough mixes of songs, thanks for the help.
I like it, man. Especially if you say they're rough mixes. The vocals are clear and each song seems to have a cohesive concept, unlike a lot of underground rap these days haha. Hooks seem dope, too!

I'll definitely add more cow bell ha, na I'm just trying to see the area's we need to work on thats how feedback will help all of the above is helpful cuz the one guy has little to no flow (a news caster reading as one person has told me), very basic lyrics, and no presence, I need to work on my voice, breath control, and vocal volumes are things i've been told.

utilizing someones feedback will not make wat you do your own. make wat you think sounds good. if it sucks, then it sucks. just listen to it and see wat YOU can think will help it. you will not be dope your first time around. practice.

I understand that, maybe feedback was a bad word to use critique might have been better, I don't want anyone to tell me what exactly to go for thats not what I was looking for just area's needing work like if someone said vocals are too low, beats are too loud, and effects are over bearing then I'd know to focus on those things and work on getting the track cleaner. I was also just curious if many people liked the style not necessarily changing it because like you said that wouldn't make it our own was just wondering how people felt on it. Chris those are all things a lot of people have been saying so I'm gonna work on that, as far as my mother though thats outta my hands sad to know she went that route haha

I think asking for feedback is a great way to improve on anything you do, even if it is sometimes a little unrealistic to expect constructive criticism from the internet. But jdubbla87 sounds like he is actually interested in what listeners think of his music, and I respect that.
As mentioned, I think there are definitely some positives, but of course improvement can always be made to any craft. Like some people have mentioned, maybe finding your own voice through making the subject matter a little more unique, etc.
Bottom line, making tunes if fun, and everyone who want to exercise their right to do it, should! Keep on rocking in the free world.
