so, please excuse me for putting a Twiztid interview in the psychopathic section, but, it's about Pyschopathic anyways so...now that i look i can't find it, i was watching a bunch of different interviews they've done
alright so in the interview they mention how psychopathic asked them about artists, they told them Blaze, they told them ABK, and then they mention Lavel, which caught me off guard
all this time i thought Lavel was part of Eshams crew and that was why Soopa Villianz was ICP, Esham and Lavel,
so i go to Wikipedia real quick and look up who's in Natus and he's not there, in fact there's no info anywhere on the net regarding lavel
so who was he? did he actually ever sign to Psychopathic or did he decide not to when abk left and dissed Psychopathic with Esham (again thats why i thought Lavel was part of Eshams crew cuz, i thought maybe Abk was gonna try to sign with Esham or something)
so does anybody know anything about him? and where did he go?

He was an inexpensive but talented producer for underground artists in the Detroit area. A little more information on him here:

Lavel was jay-ho in the krazy klan. He was connected to psy through abk and twiztid.
For a minute he was blazes hype man, and he toured with psy as mr. Realist or something.
I dunno if he was ever officially signed but like the ROC he was kinda around a lot.
If you really believed that all lives matter we wouldn't need to say black lives matter

Did he produce any music for any Psy projects? Besides SV or whatever.
Why didn't they let shaggy rap on Super Villainz? Was that when he was drinking hardcore?
He did Work on things like Man's Myth. Production, voiceovers. He is the guy in the chorus in 2 Dope's "Keep it Scrubbin".
He is not a shitty rapper, per se. He was the least fun part of SV to me, sure. But not untalented.
He has a really cool track called "Game Over" Stevie Wonder beat.
When he was Blaze's hypeman, he was briefly known as Shadow. The 6'6 Mr. Realist was a solo effort, not related to Psychopathic.
One of the worst things I've seen Juggalos say on internet forums is dissing Lavel's late daughter. Twiztid threw a gig years back to try and raise money to pay for his daughter's hospital bills and experimental surgery. Great intentions and effort, but she was lost. Fuck anyone for dissing her or him for anything related to that. Shit boils my blood.

Killa C's music is really fucking weird now. He used to be one of the dirtiest in the game, and now he still has that sound even though his lyrics are positive and christian now. I'm legitimately curious now what he says when his high school students come across his dirty stuff now. He didn't hide his real name or face at the time and it's still on the internet, so you have to figure it happens from time to time.

He also Ghostwrote some songs for PSY artists. He wrote Boss Up for Esham. Retaliate for ABK. Shoe Fitz for Monoxide. Saturday Afternoon and Shotgun for Blaze. I'm sure there's a few more but i cant remember them. The list is on the ASCAP database just search his real name 'Hicks James L' if u wanna see.

agreed. If you look at comments on youtube videos of his older songs, there are usually a couple of his ex students talking about how weird or funny it is to see him like that. One guy said that killa c doesn't really like to talk about his previous music career.
coming back to lavel - this is my favorite track of his:

i've seen his students comment on his youtube video's
honestly tho, Killa C has always been telling a story with his music, lookm at "Torn" thats litterally a song where he is talking about religion vs evil and how he represents both, i feel like his whole music career was him trying to create a story about overcoming evil, which is pretty cool really
i remember when i 1st discovered Killa C's music back in like, the Myspace era, back then i was hoping he'd blow up into something and then years later War Stories came out and his video's were on the main page of Faygoluvers and i thought he was actually about to finally blow up.
his music video's are always odd, his mannerisms, for example that one of him on the back of a motorcycle, i grew up in a family of bikers, never have i seen anybody ride on a motorcycle like that, it had to be awkward as fuck to make that video,

I love Killa C's music now more than I ever have exactly because it's so fucking weird. I did a whole thread on it in the underground section. I'm not a religion hater or anything but Christian Rap with Horrorcore DNA is definitely like finding a unicorn with an extra chromosome.
