I'm sorry but I think that is lame as fuck. I mean, just go get your own faygo and get a free autograph- at the gathering, for example, or get one of their autographed cds/pictures that they randomly send out for the toy drives and stuff, etc.
Ya know, I bet it's more for people who can't go to shows, like I guess if I knew a kid that couldn't go to the concert and was really depressed about it, I'd probably frickin buy them one (and refrain from mentioning what BS it is that they're selling $20 faygo bottles with some sharpie on it...especially coming from dudes who give out free autographs all the time).
I don't even get the point of having an autograph when you didn't even meet the people signing it as they were signing it though (unless it is George Washington's or something like that lol). I've never been into that stuff. Whenever they send out autographed things I just feel bad that they had to sign all of those (though I appreciate the free CDs and such). I should probably find my various autographed things and give them to some ninjas who'll appreciate it...forum ninjas get first dibs if anyone is interested. Gotta find my stuff first though.

I'm honestly not sure, random stuff they've sent out through the years, I think there's a mini poster thing that they signed and a CD that IDK if they signed the actual CD or the case (because I want the CD itself), I'll have to look, most of my things are in boxes right now because I moved to a temporary apartment, never unpacked everything, and am now in the process of repacking my half packed shit to move again...so it may take a minute but I'll start looking and post on here as I find things

The reason it bothers me is because Its just so fucking bush league. Even shitty local rappers who open for them dont try and sell a bottle of soda pop with their name on it for a few extra bucks. So why do platinum selling rap veterans ICP feel the need to do it?. Its like "Really? this is what you've been reduced to?" Have some fucking pride and dignity.

If you bitching about what they selling? and you buying? ur a dumb ass!
Wait, are you talking about me? Because I wouldn't buy that shit, I gave a hypothetical case in which I could understand why someone would. Like I said, I think it would be lame as fuck for anyone who goes to shows etc. regularly to buy it. As in, the fact that they are selling it is pretty lame, I'm not judging other people for what they wanna spend their $ on.

I agree but like sum1 said if it was 5 bucks this thread wouldnt exist. At 5 bucks they still makin 400 percent profit, but 20 bucks, shit thats like over 1000 percent profit, totally unnecessary.
On the other hand a 14 year old who just saw their first show would love that type of merch, so cant really hate onn it if ur in someone elses shoes

I dk why everyone is hating. it's 2016 EVERYTHING is over priced. I'm surprised anyone can afford anything these days. smokes in NY are 10$ a pack, gas is 3$ a gallon even the weed man is jacking the prices up. yea there selling a bottle of soda with there names on it for 20$ but when u take into consideration how much there cost of operations has gone up and the money it cost to ship all that soda and psychopathic paying to transport it from venue to venue plus if the club gets a cut or not there probably not making as much as you'd think. I'd guess 5-10$ a bottle. With the gathering coming up and them launching a new artist they probably need as much income coming in as possible. It's hustling hate if you want but definitely respect the hustle.

uh, theyre basicly makin twenty a bottle. minus the cost of a sharpie or two.
them shits was gonna be transported anyway. you may have noticed that they tend to go through kinda a lot of em. the per-bottle cost is damn near negligible. particularly considering that the original plan was to open em up and kick em across the room.
and i wouldnt say everyone is hatin. maybe a few.
sayin, 'i aint buyin one' dont count as hate. nor, 'is this what its come to...?'
or whatever. hate would be more, 'they suck for this! i hope they go broke!'
but i mean, other than that and the math, i agree witcha.
ten dollar bottles probably sold off quick, someone said, 'shit, try twenty'. twenty apparently still sells, so.
honestly, i wouldnt even pay the regular retail faygo 2-liter price, cuz the whole point is that its a collectable. which means i cant throw it. not much is more useless to me than a faygo i cant throw.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

haha who wants a faygo you can't throw? either way it don't really matter people will still buy them and they'll keep selling them. it does sound alittle like something Ricky and Julian from trailer park boys would think of for quick cash. haha $20 bottles of soda
