I ordered terror wheel, and shockumentary dvd on October 12th and it came on the 17th. But during the gotj this year I ordered stuff and it came on like 17 days.

UPS is a more expensive option, and twiztid's cheapest shipping option is 2 dollars more expensive then hatchet gears standard

Got my order today and only 1 copy of Hallowicked came. Hatchet Gear is pathetic. Now I have to sit around dealing with this bs for who knows how long. Ive had to report them to the BBB once before I got my stuff...

Anyway, yeah, I knew better than to order more than one on a pre-order. The trick is to order one now, and another later, with other stuff. They always fuck that up.
Yeah. I had emailed and called who knows how many times for over a month with no replies back. So I sent a report to BBB and got an email back from the BBB with a response from HG inside and not long after I got my order. Fuck them though lol. I only ordered this from them because the CD wasnt at the show I went to. They have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Thats why I only order from them if I have to. They never answer phone calls or reply to emails. Its been that way for as long as I can remember too. If you have an issue with Twiztid Shop they make it right ASAP and actually answer the phone/reply to voice mail and emails. Just sayin...
Edit: Im going outside to look for flying pigs, if I dont see any Ill assume its a cold day in hell because they actually already emailed me back and said theyre sending out my missing copy lol. I posted on a FB pic of a guy packing the CDs and said "Good job not reading my order slip and only sending one copy. Who knows how long itll take HG to fix this". Then a few min later I got an email from a guy named Will S saying hes not the one who packed my CD, that was just for the Instagram picture but said he was fixing the mistake. Much props to that guy. Im also glad he thought it was as funny as I did. I never expected anyone from Psy/HG to see that comment, especially within a few min like that. And I definitely didnt expect them to care if they did see it lol...

speaking of HG, when pre ordering when do they charge you? when it ships or when order is placed? want to pre order the box set. I dont see it listed on amazon or anything so it looks like hatchetgear it is.

When you order it and yes, it is only being sold on Hatchet Gear and select DWTC stores.
