As far as the "check for stunguns".  I doubt Psy wrote the check and put "for stunguns" on the memo line or made it a condition of the money.  Like said above it was for PR and the PD can do whatever they want for the money.

The check bounced, but still, why is PSY buying police officers stunguns? I understand it is a PR move but really, is it appropriate? That would be my first advice to the apparently financially struggling GOTJ.... Quit giving money away to the police. That's hoe shit. Not a big deal, just a thought.
