Idk if I would be in such a hurry to find a new location though right away (maybe give it another year after next year). Since they have so much trouble finding a location for a gathering and have a prime spot,  why be so quick to fix something that aint broke? Jus sayin

Jumpsteady's interview suggests that after a few years at the same location too many know how to sneak in, and it's bad for business.

I just want to rent an rv this time around instead of doing a hotel.

thats why they need to lock it down early as possible.  

the current spot is not prime, just a whole lot better than zero.  its got its flaws.  

but a site in hand is worth two thatll be available next year.
