Not yet, just beat up from years of ignoring my health. 

I needed carpal tunnel surgery on my left arm since 2012, I got it last month.Lost some function in my hand, but can't start therapy yet.

I also tore my biceps tendon or something in my left arm just before the Gathering.I probably should have thought about that before the carpal tunnel surgery, cuz holy fuck. Trying to elevate my arm after surgery and my biceps just twitching and in severe pain. 

I am getting fistula surgery next month. Been dealing with that since March. 

January is colonoscopy, to get a biopsy to check for Crohns, & a throat stretching procedure, cuz I burned my throat mostly closed with stomach acid. The throat thing is rough, felt like everything I ate since June 2021 was stuck in my throat and hitting my gag reflex.
