yeah i feel this is one of his best beats from this era.. i've written 2 completely different songs to the instrumental..

it's a very emotional track with an insane hook.. it's hard for me to think of the homeless days while listening to such a heart-wrenching track..

and yeah the vid's definitely on point.. even if it's just "stock footage".. that's how i do mine..

self correction: I remember him filming that homeless guy... I remember hearing him talking, so I think E filmed that dude, I remember seeing a video of him before this music video came out... and when it came out I was like oh that's that Homeless dude Esham was talking to.

this always struck me as a really deep song, 'cause I've been homeless multiple times in my life... dealt with loneliness, alcohol addiction, drug addiction... to this day I still think this one of Esham's best songs, not in a lyrical way, but in a mood type of way, do you know what I'm tryin to say?... and I don't know who the Fuck was making Esham's videos back in during these days... but they did some shit, they dug up some weird footage and made it theirs... anyway yeah... Still Love this song! It still hits me hard... and brings back those feelings...
