the whole situation with Cockzay Blowz has gotten way outta hand. It was doomed for failure since the first second. WHY? because J n Psy have been doing damage control since before she was even announced as an artist. This shit is just becoming a total joke now.

I kinda agree, she has packed up and brought a ton of baggage with her. With the whole sleeping with the Boss thing, the ex-husband trying to get his shine by poppin off at the mouth on some personal shit. On and off tours, social medias being blocked. I really want her to be successful, but it just seems like this shit don’t stop. If you were given this opportunity, wouldn’t you just fall back and watch and learn from the greats? I just hope this does not fall on its face and she regrets how some things were handled.

@djscrubb everything you mentioned, when you think about it, she really doesn’t have control over. Did she sleep with J? Yes. Did she blast it out there for everyone to see/hear? No. J did. Did she ask her ex to pop off on personal shit? No. Did she block herself from social media? No…and actually she didn’t have internet access at all for nearly a week. Don’t believe the hype homie! Let’s not forget her being berated publicly by Sugar Slam out of nowhere…
Also, I love Hoodoo’s new album, but her debut lp is outselling his better than 4-1, and has nearly caught up with what Young Wicked’s “Slaughter” in sales after just a few months. Curiosity factor? Maybe. Just stating numbers though.
Finally, I have seen her once in Austin and she got a warm welcome. Wasn’t hype with mosh pits or anything, but her shit (besides “Broken”) isn’t exactly moshing material. I think she’s doing well with those who have seen her in person, but you can get to her next show and see for yourself.
I’m not saying you’ve got to like her…not by any means. Just putting out what I have seen personally.

Your right, and I completely understand. I really just want her to succeed, and hate the whirlwind of bullshit right off the rip being a new artist whether it came from her or not. And I had no idea her EP was selling like that! That’s great news, but that Hoodoo joint is KILLER! I wish that album would sell a little more.
