When Coolio came out at the Gathering in 2010 or 2011 (I forget which one) did anyone else hear him shout out HOG ROCK instead of the Gathering the whole set…he got mad boos for that shit…frankly I expect more from jugalo cool

I almost always wish there were no openers at the shows i go to… they all seem whack as fuck. so i end up standing in the smoking areas freezing my ass off waiting for the real act to play. i just can’t stand armature performers. 

Yeah, all I was hearing about was how the MDP tour was supposed to be massive, something about going to one end of the country, turning around, and going all the way back and so on. It appears that there will be no 2nd leg for MDP. Which sucks because I caught the show in West Des Moines, IA 05/17/2013. It was fuckin awesome! I definitely would go back for a show on the 2nd leg, but it doesn’t appear to be happening. Oh well. Too bad, that was a lot of fun getting up on stage and spraying faygo into the crowd along side ICP and the fam.

As for openers, AMB was there, which was awesome. Legz Diamond & The Purple Gang were awesome I thought. Mostly though, I was impressed with Kung Fu Vampire. That guy is dope as hell. Picked up his Love Bites album which is worth the buy, lots of good tunes. As for the Moonshine Bandits…eh didn’t really care for them.
