He will prolli go back for the same reason abk went back. he might have gotten too big for his ‘bedroom’ but atleast at psychopathic he got a bedroom.
the major problem with alot of the older artists is they get curtailed into doing ‘wicked shit’ which is great when your on a label that pushes that hard but it wont really make it far wihtout ‘wicked shit’ backing. twiztid made the smart move adn started pushing for more ‘real hip hop’ style music so they can expand their fanbase.
psychopathic is the only way blaze/abk/boondox/icp will be able to stay semi relevant. they have been typecasted as wicked shit, plain and simple.

I’m all for whatever gives us new Boondox music. Boondox is an amazing writer and story teller, so I don’t care if his music comes from Psy or from a release directly from him.
And anyone who doesn’t think Boondox is wicked…take a listen to Suffering. That’s some disturbing imagery, and one that Twiztid, Blaze and ABK have never even come close to.

this is exactly the message i was trying to convey. boondox can easily be typecast as a ‘wicked shit’ artist. if he doesnt step away from that wicked shit (even just slightly) then he will only progress within psychopathic.

To the rest of you: He can do more than just the scarecrow/serial killer-wicked stuff, have you ever listened to any of his pre-Psychopathic material? Granted it’s still a little wicked, but it’s street-wicked, not Psychopathic-wicked.. He has talent in general, he can do a variety of forms of hip hop.. The question is, will Psychopathic let him this time?

The reason he’s returning (in my opinion) is he lacks the overall support he needs.. I toured with him briefly last September, everything was great and in-place, except scaled down. Without PSY he lacks promotion, merchandise, equipment, and just overall money and support.. All those things he has to pay for out of his pocket now, and because of that he had to dial back on a lot of things.
Also, for those of you who don’t know, Boondox just bought a house in Minnesota, which places him A LOT closer to Detroit. That was their main reason for the split, Dox was all the way in Georgia and wasn’t looking to relocate at the time. But now he’s so much closer, he’s available to do more with PSY.

he is a million times mroe talented then abk (and i dont like him very much) and they let him back in so i cant see why not.
i wish boondox the best of luck, i will peep his new shit but i doubt ill buy it.
if he heads back to psy, i wont be suprised.

He does live in Wisconsin. I live in Wisconsin and I saw him at the 2012 Hallowicked show in Milwaukee. He was surprised I recognized him but he told me to keep it on the low. I asked him about the new EP he is supposed to release and he said there are a lot of things that are stopping him from releasing it like family and the money he doesn’t have. I tried to get a picture with him but my girlfriend had her finger over the flash and it just showed up as a dark picture with lights behind us.
Anyways, I remembered he said he was going to be moving to Wisconsin and I asked him and he said he wouldn’t be at the show if he didn’t live in Wisconsin, so there you go. He never said anything about Psychopathic when I was talking with him, and when I brought it up, he just shook his head, guess he didn’t wanna talk about it.
