It was dropped back in early August if I remember right. The DA recuses themself after the testimony. That put the case in Limbo. The Department of criminal justice picked it up after complaints. Of course it will go nowhere, we all know how corrupt the system is. The guy ruined the whole case. He said in his original statement he had no gun then switched to it was in his pocket then switched again to the planted it in his pocket. The key witness fucked it up before they even got to court. What do you mean no proof? There are 40 different stories the guy told out there we pointed out 2 in this thread. His credibility was waivering before he even got to that station. The only hope you have for justice is that the criminal justice department gets off their asses which they wont. The case is dropped locally and will be federally soon enough.
Pretty sure it is easy to look all this up especially since we already got 2 articles/videos on here of this guy mixing his stories up.
Give me a link that provides that information.
No, you told me he said one thing, I provided the facts of what he actually said. I’ve seen a few articles, none of the contradict each other, so prove your statement.
No, it’s not easy to look up since I can’t find it.
I never said natives don’t have it worse. That’s your whole claim to fame? Fuck black people problems because natives have it worse? I can’t understand because I’m white? This is just ignorant bullshit. And none of it has anything to do with anything. How does stopping injustices that happen to black people at all effect the injustices that happens to natives? It doesn’t. If that’s really such a big issue to you then maybe you should do more for your people rather than trying to dismiss other’s problems.

No I showed you a video of him saying he had a gun. Did you even watch that? That was 6 days after he said he didn’t have a gun. Already did show proof he has flip flopped.
Never said fuck black people problems quote where I said that?
It has EVERYTHING to do with it. You couldn’t fix the injustices that happened before blacks came into the picture how the fuck is it fair to still ignore those injustices while fixing another? It is not fair and to do so is fucking racist. I donate 10k a year to my people. When I got my settlement I donated 100k to my people, not that it is your business.
BOTH the injustices are the same. Natives were killed and murdered by the military AND whites in general. No one cared then or now?
If you want to feel guilt feel it all don’t cherry pick your issues. Blacks are getting the same treatment natives got at first. LEt’s just hope we don’t stick them on fucking reservations.

Start Native Lives Matter, I’ll support it.
Actually, BLM getting what it wants will actually also be beneficial to Natives. The list of things I gave to fix the problems will actually benefit everybody. You don’t think the protests are the right way to do it? Then what would you do differently.

No it won’t. I will explain why.
Natives use Federal Native elected police that don’t have the same requirements our police do. They get a lot of leeway and use descretion.
Natives have the worst high school graduation rate and hardly any ever make it to college.
Not sure you knew this so I will assume you thought that to be true.

You aren’t directly saying ‘fuck black people problems’ you are saying things that imply that they don’t matter. You are saying things that imply they don’t matter because natives have it worse.
I care now. I talk about it all the time. Literally. I bring it up as one of the biggest reasons I hate America. Lupe Fiasco raps about it all the time. Prozak does too. Hey, you know what? We can handle both problems at the same time! You’d be surprised how many members of BLM would be on your side on this.
I agree it’s not fair. But BLM isn’t about our history, it’s about current problems. Many current problems are because of our history, yes. You know how to get Native problems known? Speaking out. Perhaps in a protest or something. You know how not to get Native problems known? By telling BLM that they have no right to talk because Natives have it worse.
If you want to feel guilt feel it all don’t cherry pick your issues. Blacks are getting the same treatment natives got at first. LEt’s just hope we don’t stick them on fucking reservations.
This isn’t about guilt. It’s about recognizing a problem and fixing it.

I am speaking out but you guys think I hate blacks instead of recognizinhow I feel. Which is exactly my point. If Juggalos are that blind why even bother on a national level. The entire system caters to blacks as the premier minority.
Yes, black injustices get the most light out of all, but that is a completely different issue. No, you didn’t say shit about Native problems. You’re just saying that these problems that black people have don’t matter. You’re using this all of a sudden new found passion for Native American problems as a reason to dismiss BLM. Both can coexist. You want Native injustices to get more light then talk more about them. You haven’t been talking about Native problems. You’ve only been talking about BLM and how they need to quit bitching.

Visit one. Not the visitor center or rain dance show. Visit the living areas and markets. Where do you live? I may be able to get you a rare chance to see it from the other side. I know when I visited my uncle in Arizona it pissed me the fuck off.
My uncle is one of only a hundred Comanche still living on reservations. When the turned their land into a Native district instead of a reservation the Navajo sold some land to them so they could continue their way of life.
To clarify I don’t hate anyone. I wish people would acknowledge that Natives received this same treatment first. It is not like it isn’t known. Everyone knows what happened to the Natives they choose to ignore and recognize the similarities.

Well the major difference is k-12 teachers have bachelors or masters degrees and professors at most colleges have doctorates a good majority have multiple doctorates. The problem is the pay grade is literally triple in some of cases and definitely double in almost all cases. The average professor salary is around 98k while the average k-12 teacher makes 45k this is a national average of course but keep in mind professors tend to stick with their jobs getting yearly raises while teachers often times move around. Also professors usually have an associate professor that gets paid around 69k.In order to have such a huge rehash on education the first thing you would have to do is convince more people with doctorates to teach for 1/3rd of what they would make in their educational field with their degree outside of education. Not happening. Secondly you would have to convince private universities to take the government equivalent to Medicaid for education. We all know what that has done to the medical field…. Can anyone say yearly cost increases.
I mean just to revamp the education system would cost more then the ACA.
Italicized part:
no one is saying private universities should be free. Like, you get that right? What we’re talking about is PUBLIC universities. If you want to pay extra to go to a private university, you can. While I was looking at schools to transfer to, the UC system (which is fucking upper tier in public schools, IMO) was about 15k for tuition. Private schools were so much more. An art school a friend of mine went to, which was on the lower end of private art schools, was 40k. Had I gone to UCLA, I would have paid a little over 15k but had I gone to USC, a private school equivalent to UCLA, I would have paid a little over 50k. Just for tuition.
Private schools set their own costs, untied to the public school system market. The fact is, public universities in California USED to have no tuition for in state applicants and up until I think the early 90s, the tuition cost for UCs was still only about 1k.
Actually here, take a look at this. http://www.dailycal.org/2014/1…..ince-1868/ for almost 100 years, no or minimal tuition costs at the UC level.
Bolded Part
Most professors are also, you know, doing research and shit while on staff at universities, because universities want to be attractive to new students by having working professionals in the fields they wish to study. Plus, it helps people figure out which school would be best for them.
Like with art. A big part of which gradschool you want to go to has to do with which working artist you want to be your advisor. You look for a professor who is working in the same medium and who has techniques you don’t.
The only way this would work is if people are staying active in their fields. So, yeah, they get paid more but they do a lot more than just teach.
So no, you wouldn’t have to convince them to take a pay cut. You just figure out different ways to monetize their work. The market is adaptable. It can withstand just about anything we throw at it because capitalism has made it a necessity. It’s a convenient way to operate and it works, for the most part, because of it’s adaptability.
If you really believed that all lives matter we wouldn't need to say black lives matter

I haven’t read them, I’ve read you mentioning that natives have it worse, but not native problems.
I’d like to see a reservation. That’s something most people don’t think about. I’ve also been told that I’d get killed on a reservation. But I don’t trust that source. I’m in Utah. My dad was showing me some reservations in Idaho.
I have a friend that became a member of a tribe and collected reparation money, but he’s really really white. He looks like Coach Mcguirk from home movies.

I would gladly take you. You won’t get killed my uncle is an elder I can go on the reservation any time.
Some natives got paid. Maybe 1% of them. They get federal funding for casinos and tobaccos shops. To do so they have to integrate of course which isn’t something a lot want to do.
