Ya dude I saw the same tour. 

G-MO did a 20 minute set right before Twiztid, who then performed for an hour.

Twiztid was the headliner, G-MO was their main tour opener.

They were not co-headliners.

I would suspect acts like W Peyton and Moonshine Bs are also getting paid. It depends on your experience and draw.

They're probably letting the roster enjoy downtime with their friends and families doing little one off shows on their own (GMOs doing warped for example)

You're correct in the theory most of the non label acts pay to open that's common practice.

I think with this one since its a retro tour they're keeping it to just Twiztid/Blaze and all the c and d level openers
