They said on twitter right after shit started blowing up how it wasn't at all about ICP it just ironically fits the current situation or something. Not those specific words but something in that context.

Everyone jumps on everything "mono is talking about J here", or "man, is 3:45 a tech diss?" Etc, etc. It's all speculation but eventually it gets accepted as fact by a lot of people.
