It's not a coincidence that the owner of probably their biggest fan site gets his shit on time. It's not luck, either.

Ive had the same experience with them as I do hatchet gear. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it's late, sometimes it's on time, sometimes it's early. 

They fucked up the blaze preorder. Then they had blaze sign the plastic so if you open it you lose the signature. I asked them not to do that shit and they told me just buy another copy. I said fuck off, then they had that thing where you mail in a receipt and they send you the OG gang rags tour edition so I did it then. 

Quality of their stuff seems fine. I only buy music. I remember PSY CDs used to show up broken with the case rattling n shit. That stopped and I never got that with Twiztid. 

I don't think you're being a dick.  I mean I get it, but I also have had the wrong shirt sent to me before.  They corrected it pretty quickly though.  There's one, maybe two guys handling shit there, just like at HatchetGear.  People make mistakes.  I wouldn't base your whole experience off of one order.
