You mistakenly think I did. ALL I EVER SAID REGARDING TECH was that his own close and personal crew would take matters into their own hands against Juggalos if Juggalos ever hurt Tech. Maybe if you guys did some research and read some actual government documents, you'd know what the issue is, and why Chuck Reeves is more correct on the march than anybody. Maybe then you will understand why Twiztid didn't jump on the bandwagon. Twiztid didn't want to shit on the Juggalos' parade with legal facts. They remained silent and said Go ahead and march but know why you're marching for. Twitzid also didn't want to look stupid when the legal facts came out to show that ICP and their legal team didn't even know what the fuck they were doing - which is why the case has been thrown out more than once now.  By the way, it took the judges this December to basically say, Get your heads out of your ass, you can't blame the FBI for MERELY POINTING OUT that 4 states HAD ALREADY classified you a  hybrid-gang that engaged in low level criminal activity and nothing serious like rape, murder, massive drug rings, etc like actual fucking gangs that NEVER LEAVE THE FBI NGIC LIST when it is issued every two years. The FBI assessed you for one year, and determined that with your minor petty crimes and semi disorganized, independent nature, you were not a national threat. You are not on any national gang list that says Juggalos are a gang in all 50 states. There is no gang list. Hence why you have never been mentioned since the 2011 report. The FBI said the states should deal with Juggalo criminals as regular criminals and that was the end of it. Take your fight to the states if you think your constitutional rights have been attacked.

Being mentioned in this insignificant way in 2011, and then never being talked about again because you're not a serious enough threat and most definitely not a gang in every state...oh wow some fucking gang list. Fake tough guy Juggalos on the internet at least partially soured the relationship Tech 9 has for Juggalos now and has caused him to be more wary. But he did issue a warning. If some Juggalo hurt Tech or killed him, Juggalos would have to rise up and become a gang to defend themselves. And that's a fight you DO NOT WANT!

17%rs need to take some fucking responsibility for their actions and learn how to read government documents and do research. I've been listening to ICP for almost twenty years now and the idiocy I see from some 17%rs is just astounding.

Re: The recent dismissal of the lawsuit.

The National Gang Intelligence Center was formed BY THE FBI in 2005 AT THE DIRECTION of Congress to help them deal not only with organized known gangs, but also hybrid gangs. The 2011 report IS CLEAR that Juggalos have been classified as a gang in ONLY FOUR STATES. Arizona. California. Utah. Pennsylvania. These NGIC reports are issued every two years. There were no Juggalos in the 2013 or 2015 report as the judges pointed out. Judges are also pointing out that the 2011 report is not saying anything like “Juggalos are a nationwide gang.” The 2011 report is also not a legal final directive for every state in the country on how to treat Juggalos if you see them or have to deal with them in places like divorce court. Nowhere in the 2011 NGIC report is there anything saying like, “Keep kids away from their Juggalo parents during a divorce.” What the judgement is saying is that if you think your rights have been violated, take it back to the local/state level and sue the police for violation of your rights. It looked at the sub sets and even disorganized nature of some INDEPENDENT Juggalo gangs. This and the fact they never committed serious crimes like murder or rape meant they were determined NOT to be a serious national gang threat and that is why THEY WERE NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN in 2013 or 2015.

The judges are saying, “The FBI assessed them for one year because by 2011, FOUR STATES chose to claim Juggalos were a gang. We looked at their semi disorganized, largely independent nature from other Juggalo sub groups, saw they didn’t commit serious crimes like rape or murder, made the recommendation that states deal with them how they see fit and that’s it.” That is why Juggalos were NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN. In other words that judges are saying, “the states will not be allowed the loophole of blaming the FBI. Especially if this state is not a state that legally decided Juggalos were a gang.” The judges are also saying that the states won’t be able to say, “The FBI said Juggalos were a gang in 2011. We’re going by what they said about Juggalos.” The Supreme Court has basically denied the ability in the future for the states to use this loophole and pass the buck to blame the NGIC for their shitty behaviour towards Juggalos.

The silver lining that Juggalos don’t see is that the Supreme Court has GIVEN FULL PERMISSION TO SUE THE FUCK out of the local/state police that have fucked with Juggalos and violated their rights for no reason. And that these corrupt local/state authorities will not be allowed to blame the FBI. The Supreme Court seems to be guaranteeing accountability and saying that one agency won’t be able to blame the other back and forth in court for years and that Juggalos will be able to get some restitution if they follow the correct procedure.

Oh and by the way, does anyone remember CPN making a big deal out of this 2008 internal FBI memo where a few officers decided on their own Juggalos were a gang? And this was proof that a gang list existed?

Turns out the memo was issued in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2008. This is one of the states that had enough Juggalo shit going on that they labeled Juggalos a gang. This was not a federal, nationwide document. This was a localized, internal memo confined to ONE STATE. This Salt Lake City FBI 2008 internal memo is not a federal gang list. DUH!

As said before, that Muckracker thing was an internal SALT LAKE CITY FBI internal memo reflecting the OPINION of a few agents that Juggalos were a gang in Utah. We already know Utah was one of the four states that classified Juggalos as a gang. Only four. The 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment was CLEAR on this fact. So this 2008 Salt Lake City Utah internal memo is also NOT a national gang list. The 2011 reports (well both of them) contained NO DIRECTIVE

telling states how to treat Juggalos. That is why states can’t pass the buck to the FBI for their attack on Juggalos’ rights. That is what the Supreme Court has ruled. Chuck Reeves analyzes the audio and cuts through the legalese in the 30 minute clip ScottieD posted and that CPN just posted on his channel.

Basically, the panel of judges point out how the FBI 2011 gang threat assessment did NOT have any LEGAL recommendations for what to do to juggalos. And if we find out that Juggalos are getting arrested or ticketed on some charge that is false and can be proven false, the remedy is not to sue the FBI but to take it up with the local law enforcement and sue them under some #1983 section of some statute. But the lawyer for ICP says that the FBI is responsible because local law enforcement are using the 2011 document as an excuse to allegedly harass innocent juggalos. And then we go back full circle. Can you prove that in your lawsuit against your local police that the charge was false and will they admit on the stand that they only felt like harassing you because the FBI told them to? Because the FBI made no LEGAL recommendations to do anything to any juggalo anywhere. It basically said, states are having problems, some juggalos organize as gangs in certain counties and do criminal behaviour and even in jail they gang up. The states should continue to deal with them as they see fit within the laws.

Chuck also pointed out near the start of the video that the actual lawsuit document with many plaintiffs on there don't have any hard examples of people losing their kids because they were a juggalo and had no criminal record for example. Chuck is saying where is the proof of this conspiracy upon innocent juggalos? And quit citing that probation officer because that case does not count. As Chuck said, she got fired for her own stupid behaviour.
