Tour kicked off tonight in salt lake city, everybody was live once prozak came on, shit was dope twiztid played some good tracks, blaze rocked it, boondox was dope SLC has a ton of dox fans so people always like his sets, everybody else was pretty dope, they moved pretty quick between sets like 20 minutes or so in between, I hardly ever catch rides to shows so it was nice to for once, and to get a little drunk and kick it with tons of homies and move all over the venue cuz my lady wasn't with me. Big dj guy for wolfpac (I didn't hear one scratch up there and they said they were runnin from a ipod to the soundguys ) goes jumpin off stage at the end of their set and did not make it far I was surprised dude was all good, I don't think their was any crazy shit that went down in the sense of fights or falls or any of that type of shit.

How was Twiztid with a live band?
Nevermind....I think they start doing that next week in Arizona first.

So I just got back from the Portland show, it was fun but holy shit there's way too many openers for me. I knew that going in too but it seemed to drag more than I expected, at least the set changes were quick but still 7 openers I think it was is WAY too much for me personally. I didn't go up front until Wolfpac and I think they were 4th, then after them there was still Prozak, Boondox, Blaze and Twiztid. If you like all these people then great I'm sure you'll enjoy it but I personally don't care for prozak or boondox and I don't like Wolfpac's music much although their concerts are always entertaining especially for the strippers. The one with the hatchetman tattoo especially is real hot and she's flirty with everyone and nice walking around the crowd area too.
Anyways I'm real tired and have to work early tomorrow but I'll be back later tomorrow or on Tuesday and update with more of a review if no other info's come out about the show yet..I realize some are probably eager for details+songs. I wouldn't remember a whole set list, but I could try to list a lot of them at least. I'll give a quick tease here I guess, don't read any further if you don't want to be spoiled about Twiztid's set...Their intro is fairly basic and basically goes 'Say Twiztid' 'Twiztid!' 'Say Twiztid' 'Twiztid!' 'Say hell yeah' 'hell yeah!' 'Say hell yeah' 'hell yeah!' and they repeat that a few times, nothing too fancy. Then they start with afraid of the dark. V_ron will be happy to hear that they close with.......darkness.

As much as I am stoked to see the variety of openers, that shit can drag. That was the #1 problem when I'd see shows at the Palladium in Worcester. At least that venue was large enough to roam around while shitfaced without getting into too much trouble. The Whisky is the size of a shoe box which means I'll have to be on my bestest behavior.
And I am very happy to see that Darkness is their closer. lol

Did Scum Bring Damien Quinn from Dark Half with him?Heard they were gunna perform some new shit.Pretty Jacked to see what there gunna do For genos Final 3 Official releases.CultShit4Life.
Unfortunately I'm not sure since I never even heard of Scum before last night, but I can tell you there were 2 people on stage during his set so he was with someone else. Speaking of Scum though, he seemed like a VERY cool guy. When I was waiting in line outside, he walked by and some fans behind me recognized him and he went over to talk with them for about 10 minutes before someone came up to him and told him that someone else was there and wanted to say hi to him. So he left and then came back about 5 minutes later to resume the conversation with these same fans, he was being cool as hell with them. Then inside the venue I saw him approach some people who were buying his merch and talk to them for a while too, so yeah once again I don't know shit about him but he seems like a VERY cool guy.
More Twiztid spoilers ahead, some Blaze too so that's your warning. I was thinking about the show some more and I realized Twiztid played no songs off mostasteless, I was kinda surprised by that. If you're wondering, off Freekshow they played fall apart, we don't die and different. Blaze came out near the end of their set and joined them for 4 thoze of u and also lift me up. Blaze finished his set with thug 4 life, can't remember what he started with unfortunately. Blaze played lots of his good old songs which I was happy about. Some of those were saturday afternoon, put it down, in case u forgot, the casket, juggalo anthem,
By the way I haven't seen Twiztid live in a few years so maybe this has been going on for a while and I haven't noticed, but Madrox the entire night (while rapping and while talking) used a higher pitched voice than he usually does. It's almost like the voice you'd expect him to use when he's trying to be funny or whatever, but he used it all fuckin night rapping and talking. I was certainly not expecting that and was kinda annoyed by it at times, but I got used to it. I thought it was kinda weird. Madrox did more of the talking throughout the night but Mono did some too.

Yeah man they were in a smaller venue than usual last night too, I think I saw a sign that said capacity was only 400. It was either sold out or very close but still it was a very small venue and too tight in there. It was also kinda weird, the ceiling was dripping water for a while on a lot of people up front before Twiztid's set started lol.
