Why did nobody care about sexualizing children until people started introducing homosexuality into it?

Let's just make one thing clear. Children are no where near as naive as you think they are. They are not stupid. They pick up on these things much earlier than you think. It is literally impossible, and probably extremely unhealthy, to shelter your child from sexuality or our sex craved culture. This whole idea of exposing LGBT ideas to our children being the all corrupter that forces children into sexuality is a complete farce. Especially when heterosexuality had been thrust on children for centuries prior.

My personal experience with sexuality. I knew what a homosexual was long before I even knew what sex was. I learned it from homophobic slurs like faggot. Where we were taught to shun and hate homosexuality. That sexualizes children far more. It forces them to choose heterosexuality because nobody wants to be a faggot. Nobody made that argument then. Actually, the same people that taught me that word are the same ones that think gays are corrupting the children by sexualizing them. Further more, I knew my sexuality before I could write my own name. When I was 4 or 5 I knew I was sexually attracted to women. The first sexually stimulated boner I remember was when I was at that young age watching Ghostbusters. (You have to guess the scene.) I shutter to think what it would have been like to be gay when my introduction to the concept was through homophobia. From what it seems, you are completely okay with introducing children to concepts of sexuality through homophobia in the name of personal liberty but don't want gay people to have the same personal liberties as heterosexual people to express their sexuality openly and proudly because it introduces children to sexuality? Nah. I don't ride with that bullshit.

Funny story: 

My dad owned his own electrical company until he retired. We wired a Burger King at the mall in a nearby town once. Then I had to get a steady job when I moved downtown, so I got hired there at the same BK that I wired. I got fired in less than a month for calling in sick about 45 minutes before I had to be in (hospital issue). . . Just thought it was funny that I got fired from a place I wired.

So basically what we've been saying this whole time. The rebel flag isn't the same symbol it used to be. What ever it meant in the past has changed for most who fly it now to represent southern pride. I don't agree with it, but I can't stand against it when that is a general over all meaning behind it. Far different from a swastika that still represents the Nazi party and white supremacy. Personally, I don't have much respect for the idea of wanting to wave any particular flag. I'm still fairly certain that there is more racism behind people waving the blue lives matter flags than those that wave confederate ones.

Agreed and it sucks that modern slavery and human trafficking arent more heavily put into the common media mind.

Also agreed that people can choose to value what they want, that is their dumb mistake. I'm not going to argue weed with you as much as you want, I have won that war.
