I know it's all opinions but c'mon son...

Yeah...it's a good verse..and it's subject matter that really sparks my interest obviously. But his voice still sucks, I still don't like him. One verse on someone else's track out of the 6 or so songs i've heard from him doesnt really prove anything. Good verse though.

Its a true story about his dad in vietnam and seriously one of the best rap stories ive heard in my entire life. Check that track out and maybe you will see the appeal of em.

 

 

I fucking treasure well told and interesting hip hop stories. "Out" by ICP, "You Never Know" and "Dance With the Devil" by Immortal Technique come to mind. As well as Masta Ace's "A Long Hot Summer" album. 

An interesting track is track six off of Gangstagrass's "Lightning on the Strings, Thunder on the Mic" album. You enjoy good genre bending fusions like myself, Slum, so perhaps you'd enjoy this album. I liked it Al much I ordered it. Its great shit. T.O.N.E.-Z and this country singer and his band doing country+ rap and it actually sounds great! Highly highly recommended.. anyway back to the track. Suddenly they throw a female rapper on her one and only track on this album, her name is Tomasia. She raps about her experience cooking meth, which I thought was more intriguing with her being a black woman.. you normally don't associate meth with African Americans, let alone women. Peep it.
