I guess I'll be the outcast here (even among other Juggalos yikes) and confess that I really enjoy Halloween 365. Boom, Bodies, Scream Queen, Scream!, all very cool songs. Albums like this should be a Juggalo's wet dream, but everyone seems to want gangsta rap now.

I like HORROR-THEMED music. Not that Triple Threat stuff. But that's me, and I'm certainly not the majority vote. 

Well what the fuck do you know, 10 hours ago they posted a song with actual horrorcore lyrics. It still doesn't have a narrative, it's all future tense, but it does show between this and scream this is what they'll be doing from here on out.

Narrative or no, this is the first time I felt they actually had personality. 

Sort of a sadistic lunatic constantly on the verge of snapping looking for a fight, nothing super original, but translates well to metal.

His voice works well for this, and the fx on it are well done.

This does actual seem to confirm that, I don't think these guys have names, which, questionable, but okay. 

Some conventions exist for a reason, but, anyways. 

It's still not great, the hook is literally just kill em all over and over again, the riffs aren't very memorable but they do work for what they are, I think with a stronger hook this could have actually been pretty good, but as it stands it has very little substance, most of the song is just dedicated to saying the word kill em all over and over again.

Either an actual hook, or longer verses would be welcome.

And, just like before, their screams still aren't mindblowing, there's a low near the end that just did not land, but the song didn't rely on them. 

Regardless, I mean, step in the right direction, and way better than most of the rest of what I heard.

I went through all the tracks on their channel (I think),

I didn't hate them but, they just aren't very good. 

I like the smooth transitions between metalcore style instrumentals to trap beats that they do throughout their tracks, that was pretty well done and could have helped set them apart. 

Their vocalist's rapping is mediocre, I think there's two of them, but I'll get to that later.

The best track I heard was easily the one with Blaze on it, because Blaze is just a better rapper than any of them. 

All I could think the entire time the song was playing was how much better the other tracks would have been if Blaze 

They're pretty much spooky Attila, only, not as good.

Look, Attila is stupid as shit, I know that, but Fonz's screams are actually really good, and the guitarwork is also great.

Even still I only like a handful of their tracks, but at least they're better than this. 

Speaking of screams, why do they use so few lows? At first I almost thought nobody knew how but on the track Fake is the New Real, I found they clearly can, so why don't they?

During the hook for scream where they shout "scream" over and over again I just wanted to hear some lows, that would have made it so much better. Maybe at the same time as the highs for a few repeats of scream in the middle before doing a fry or some really loud screaming at the last repeat to give a payoff? 

Also I can't fucking tell whose who. 

I don't remember if any of them even have names, they didn't say.

They really have no identities. I was expecting like, cheesy horror shit, given their name and all the pumpkins and shit, but there was almost no horror anything.

If you're called Oh! The Horror, and straight up say in a verse you're mixing metal and horrorcore, maybe you should actually mix metal and horrorcore. 

Scream is actually their most horrorcorish song I heard, like the ONLY one.

The rap lyrics were mostly just brag rap lyrics with occasional violent lines, which I know plenty of horrorcore artists do on occasion, but they still usually have actual horrorcore tracks to back it up. 

And it wasn't even really violent bragging, I recall more times they talked about sex than I do times they talked about killing people. Where the fuck is the killing people?

Outside of Scream there wasn't a lot. 

Give me some narrative songs, form an identity, until you do that you're just gonna be spooky Attila. 

I knew more about A.X.E. in the first 15 seconds of their first single than I do about this band after listening to almost everything on their channel. 

Also, ripping off Panic! At The Disco's naming convention isn't very underground of you.

They're not awful or anything, I wasn't in pain listening, I was just super unimpressed.

Maybe I'm being too harsh and I'll ease up later but I don't think so.

And I'm not finna duck em if they make some new stuff, it's totally possible they'll change for the better, which I'd love to see, but at the moment, they're just mediocre.

Now if Twiztid posted a story a couple months back detailing monoxide’s sexcapades with a new boy toy he met online and talked about how it was the hottest sex and the kid blew his mind it’d be different. Then all of a sudden this group shows up and their music was 100% written by Twiztid I could compare the 2. I personally am not into their style but I’m not gonna hate on them for pursuing their dreams and actually making it this far.

Ahh yes, one of the many times J has contradicted himself over the years. How many times did he use to say he knew juggalos didn't care about what record label ICP was on, they just wanted ICP. Well did he really think we care about what hoe he's fuckin? Goes to show how little he probably thought of her at the end of the day. He never put an article about Sugar Slam online like that. 

Or when they pushed Project Born way back when, they flopped, and J realized Juggalos didn't want every artist they could spit out. I remember when Blahzay got announced at GOTJ '16. Everyone at the main stage was just looking at each other like WTF?

And the last 10 posts in this thread goes to show, that no one really gives a fuck about this new band on MNE lol.

Agreed. Put those guys on some old Mike E. Clark beats or even any Psychopathic Rydas beats and it would be amazing. Hell, put them on a Necro or Buckwild beat and they would kill it. Hell, have the Snowgoons make a boom bap album for them. They'd fucking murder those beats!  Clockworc and Grey were a great contrast to each other. And Grey could play guitar due to being in punk bands in his past.

Violent J shouldnt have let Blahzay just have a contract. Sure he inspired her, but since then she's done really nothing other then a few new releases, and her Instagram just promotes her Onlyfans. Not exactly showing much drive.

As for MNE, AXE and G Mo have been the best signings. Gorilla Voltage had potential but my issue with them was their music choruses suffered from the same issue I have with ABK, just to simple and repeatative. Blahzay Roze isn't good music. The Purple Gang wasn't good music. This Band from the thread title aint good music. Opinion or not, nobody is gonna be dusting off this shit in 10 years because it isnt memorable.
