They utterly butchered Nirvana's Come As You Are. Musically anyway. The verses are horrible. Can't stand that half time shit. Do some actual grunge rock with big strong snare drums! Not weak sounding ones like in "Nothing to you" or overproduced, compressed ones like Come As You Are cover. Christ, get Mike E Clark. He's a rock head who did actual drums and guitars on "Tilt-A-Whirl." That snare punched through the whole song. Incredible mix.

Dear Twiztid, if you want to do a good cover, get a grunge band to copy this music here.

The opening pre verse screams can be taken by Mono. He can scream. Listen to "Nothing to You." Then Jamie sings the verses double tracked. Then they sing the chorus together. That would MAKE MY FACE MELT!

Hell, if they covered this one by Nirvana and it sounded like their instruments and had proper rock mastering with authoritative snares, THAT would be fucking awesome. Come on Twiztid, scream "NO RECESS!" lol

How about this STP classic with the 90's rock mastering?

This is the sound and style you should to go for. 90's rock mastering with strong snares that are not over-compressed 21st century style.
