I thought I had left a comment about the 1st project.. but yeah.. The 1st songs on both projects are my favorite. "The Dice" & "Man on the Edge" THAT is what I want to hear more of.. both the beats & delivery are fire!

"Sunny Always Forever" is my 2nd favorite song from the new project.. & I liked the shorter songs from the 1st project that were already released.. could he of added a feature to em? sure, but sometimes when you write songs, you legitimately feel like the one verse said everything you wanted to..  & it's complete, so I dont knock it.. listening to "Let Em Bleed" mixtapes made me wish we got more solo Madrox, so I'll take what we can get.. for now..  

yeah I dig them both...as for the ICP diss I just wish both sides would move on from that already...as you mentioned it's been 8 years and I feel like it holds both sides back from doing cooler shit and divides fans...J might be shady but they stuck with him for decades and even after they left they worked on the last Lotus album together before really falling out...anyways Welcome To Your Funeral sounds promising from what I heard so far and I bought both of the Madrox ones so they're definitely doing their thing right now...hoping the best for whatever ICP drops this year since apparently they're back with MEC

perfect timing with those expensive ass tickets for J-Day.. I wonder if this is the most recent song on the project.. or a coincidence.. buuut the divide was 8 years ago now.. takin this long to flat out say something is kinda ho shit..

I'm glad this one is more of a "album" than November Brain, with songs that are a bit longer and more thought out...Jamie performs well on the album especially considering there are no features...I do wish he had switched it up a bit more at times with his flow and vocal delivery (none of the raspy vocals on here just his other way of rapping)...also personally wish we had gotten just a little bit more of his singing on here though I do like that it's mostly rapping considering the upcoming nu metal Twiztid album...favorite songs are Fairy Tale, Frazzled, Rotate, and Don't Like Me Cause I'm Already...clearly disses J on the 2nd verse of Until I Become Dirt so it seems that isn't going away anytime soon...production also could have used a bit more variety but there's some good stuff...I would have thrown a couple of the better, more complete songs from November Brain on here but otherwise it's a good album and I liked it more than Chainsmoker 2

I actually think Welcome To Your Funeral sounds pretty damn good so far although I've always dug Twiztid's rock stuff and just think the producer they're working with right now for that helps quite a bit

anxious to hear the complete/correct version and the follow up one next month but I agree it's pretty fun...reminds me of his Let Em Bleed Vol 1 tracks like Somethinouttahorrorflick and Let Em Know

Twiztid do not suck as rappers. They are better than Violent J and Shaggy in terms of speed and flow. Abominzationz sealed that verdict. But ICP always had better music. Mike E Clark was a godsend to them. However, Fritz and Seven was also fucking good for Twiztid. I'm just not a fan of Twiztid's chosen rock route. The new cookie cutter digital sound of modern rockers that all used the same computer programs for recording is easy to detect. And the same over compressed and super echo snare is lame. Listen to Twiztid's butchered cover of Nirvana's come as you are. That type of snare is everywhere now and it's fucking annoying. It does'nt come from a simple microphone with old school natural studio ambiance. If it does, that natural sound is covered up and manipulated and distorted. Twiztid could stop fucking up their rock and metal shit if they just did their production 90s style. Properly record drums and guitar old fashioned way like Alice in Chains or even Greta Van Fleet in the 2010s. Not this over produced emo/screamo crap.

And the super fast trap hi hats. God I'm so sick of that. So much garbage beats on Mad Season and Revelashun and even Generation Nightmare. For the love of God Twiztid, give us another boom bap album that sounds like Independents Day. Hell, do Continuous Evilution part II or Triple Threat part II in terms of beats. Those albums BANG HARD! Hell even Chainsmoker II had great beats. Twiztid is too talented on the mic to be using crap beats. Of course this is just one man's opinion.
Here's a question: Where the fuck is Scott Sumner who made half the beats for Mostasteless? He'd make another great album for Twizitd!

correct...one ships this week (it initially shipped last month but had audio glitches they needed to fix) and the other drops next month...having heard November Brain it's really good just wish some of the shorter songs had been fleshed out more...lots of boom bap if that's what you're looking for though and some singing stuff as well

I was talking about the size of their fanbases.

America is a whole lot red these days and not so much blue.

I personally feel that they are the bigger assholes in the whole beef thing (which is over a decade old now), but Violent J played his part, as well. Who am I to say? None of us really know it all 100%. Who cares? Most of us are in our late 30s or 40s by now. Long beyond time to move on, and give credit where credit is due.

I wouldn't say Twiztid = Blue State, ICP = Red State at all. Madrox has dissed Barack Obama and parised himself as a capitalist, for instance. ICP make songs saying fuck the confederate flag and one openly supported Hilary Clinton and Kamala Harris. Stop thinking so hard.

I much prefer the distinction made by Krunk years back, that Twiztid are Indoor Kids and ICP are Outdoor Kids. It's a broad generalization, but I appreciate and am amused by it. Twiztid have long had a more emotional, "life sucks", smoke a joint and watch some slasher flicks kind of mentality. ICP have had a more exploration, make the most of your situation no matter where you find yourself kind of vibe. Astronomicon indoors with comics and horror icons, Juggalo Gathering outside with camping, wrestling, scavenger hunts and bonfires.... it's all good stuff, just different. 

Anyway, I love Jamie's "Phatso". I even own the Earth 2 cd. Curious to hear how he would go about the music in this day and age. I haven't kept up with lots of Twiztid, although I do find some great tracks few and far between in their post-PSY era.
