I can't quit this album. Shits probably the most sickest, evil music i've ever heard, but damn, is it done well. There's no sappy shit at all, pretty much straight evil. The song "pipebomb" might piss people off, but I doubt AXE cares. This might be the group I've beeen looking for. Straight Horrorcore, pure wicked shit. Completely unforgiving and uncaring. Pure fuck the world attitude. It even somewhat encourages you to do bad things. Someday, someone is going to really do something bad, and this will get blamed for it. Yes, this is that shit. Wicked evil in it's purest form. Aside from an actual demon.

After a few more listens of "The Almighty" , I'm loving it. But this shit is dark. I'm talking hell's pit X3. Like really hear the lyrics. Shit is straight up evil. And me, being the disturbed bastard that I am, enjoy the hell of it.

Just had my first spin of The Almighty. Tracks that stick out are "Decomposing", "Forever Face", "Lost Cause", "Into The Fire". I'll report back once I've given it a couple more spins. Can never trust that first listen.

I'm very late to the party on this one, but I just ordered this yesterday. I'm gonna put my contempt for Twiztid aside and give AXE a chance. All I've heard is good things about "The Almighty", and I wanna give it a spin. If I like it, I'll order Church of Xul.

I pre-ordered just the album itself. I had never heard of A.X.E before MNE released the video for the axe is family. I was definitely intrigued and impressed by them. I expected a little more promotion to be honest, but who knows what the pre-order numbers look like. I would've expected maybe another video or a sampler of some sort. Either way I'm looking forward to hearing the album in its entirety!

So the album is a week out, I pre-ordered, and I figured I'd start a thread. Do we think we'll get pre-orders early, right on time, or late? What pre-order packages (if any) did you ninjas cop? I just grabbed the LP.

Also, do yall think the promotion for the group has been on point to date or lacking? It seems like there was a lot of promotion throughout the end of July and August, but it's been kind of quiet the past month. Maybe it's just me. Frightfest is about to kick off and what not. We'll be getting the official MNE Alla Xul Elu treatment for the first time. Def looking forward to my stop three weeks from today.

Hoping A.X.E. brings that wicked shit!
