This is one of my favorite videos of all time.
A little over a year ago, I was watching this in the dark, sitting on a bean bag chair. My wife wandered over next to me, sat down and watched the entire thing.
I told her she was quiet the previous night.
"That video," she replied. "Nothing matters. Nothing we do at all matters in the end. That video changed me."
Great stuff. She was on strong THC edibles at the viewing. I recommend this as well.

We watch everything with subtitles, it's so helpful. Especially during Fear & Loathing, lots of funny hidden dialouge in there.
She didn't really mean it as "nothing matters so there is no point persevering", it was more like an awed appreciation for the infinity of everything. It grounds you.
And life is indeed rare and exotic, but there is countless more out there. Fuck the Fermi Paradox: infinity speaks for itself.
