Yeah I find it really cool.tjatbhea commuting to it. I love seeing people lose because i can relate. I have been on a weight loss journey since January and i l ostb 95lbs so farv and i know how hard it can be.
Mad props to j. Hopefully he stays on this path so he can see his kids grow up and graduate and all that.

I lost 95 lbs in 8 months and i did it all pretty healthy. He has money so he could have hitred trainers or gotten surgery. Either way I’m very happy that he made a positive, potentially life saving decision.i know its the best decision i ever made. Wrmy from 265 to 175 and imma dtop down to 160 before i start body building. If yoy sre a buff homie at the gathering next year say wuddup!
Also he needs to let the hair go or buzz it down. Honestly he’d look dope with a shaved head.

I’d have to think J’s weight loss is natural, but mad extreme in order to look the way he now does. Don’t think u can get surgery and then tour month or 2 later. I could be wrong though.

I remember him drinkin Redbulls like crazy, that shit is straight puke in a can. I work with fat sweaty betty, no i do. She drinks about 7 monsters per shift, that’s all you can smell walking by her cubical….is that stank green drank!

try working for the sole redbull distributor in Australia.
We used to give out free cans of redbull to the night shift cos well, 12 hour shifts 5 days a week are hard.
but when a team of 30 is going through a pallet of 144 cases (24 cans per case) a week. yeah everyone smells like fizzy death.
i thinkat my worst i was knocking back about 7 or 8 250ml cans a night.
But yeah redbulls will make you fat. its like alcohol except without the fun of gettign drunk as fuck ;)
