He should have gotten out. The cop shouldn’t have broken the fucking window and zapped him in front of the kids, that is an extreme abuse of power. Hell, the whole situation seemed like an abuse of power, but never refuse to get out of the car no matter how bullshit it is because that gives them the authority to suspect you of a crime.

@ocj_brendan A cop can make you get out of your car for what ever reason (technically a cop can do what ever the hell he wants), they just can’t hold you there for very long. Hell, he can’t even pat you down to see if you have weapons. But, as dumb is this shit is, you have to get out of  your vehicle when an officer asks you to.

Im quite aware of this its about officer safety thats why I said this.

So I dont really agree with this….I have a right not to be illegally searched and seized complying just because you are told to is allowing a bully to be just that…a bully… however the result Stretch says right after it is pretty accurate.  

 

Back to my original point.  If the cop had told dude “Get out or Ill have to smash this window and taze you in front of these kids” He probably woulda gotten a different response. If he chose not to then its his bad and he deserves the tazing… In Missouri of all places Cops should understand the PR nightmare they are causing…

i get what your saying but there is a way to respectfully exercise your rights and there is a way to give the police a reason to further investigate you… iv’e refused searches myself, never had the dogs called out. but that could just be that my police department don’t have many available K9 units.

when dealing with officers it’s like game of chess, you need to carefully make decisions, and a good poker face don’t hurt.

The vid has its own discrepancy’s. I’m more focused on the kwik unrash decisions these so called train “people” make. The one vid I can’t stand is the guy in north Caroline that got wet up by that little boy of a state trooper simply for going for his license after officer asked him to produce it!

police are supposed to make it very clear to you that they are about to use force of any kind.  they almost never do, however, because the fuckin appellate courts have basicly ruled that americans should be watching enough tv to know that cops are gun-happy.  unfortunately, thats not a joke, im completely serious.

this is in missouri?  if so, theres roughly a fifty percent chance that the cop is an ignorant dickwipe, whether hes was doing wrong or not.  mizzo is absolutely loaded with ignorant dickwipe cops.  

although, i hear florida and the appalachians are worse.

again, i did not watch it, but based solely on responses, id say that if you think this guy ‘got what comes’, youve got an unnaturally low opinion of people who arent police.

Based solely on responses I’d say the community on here is blindly against cops like the rest of the internet. If you watch the video, and think this isn’t a justified response, you don’t know anything about police. Yappy, uncooperative, belligerent, told repeatedly, told some more, then BAM exactly what the fuck he tried telling you to was gonna happen…happens. Surprise. No one has to agree with me, they can feel free to shit talk me and my dad, i don’t care. If you walk away from this video with a confirmed negative stance on police, you really just were looking for one anyway.
