plus they met a redneck gourd named Boondox in Covington, Georgia, and he rapped for a few years, but had to take a brief time off or else hed turn into a pumpkin. he was pretty good at times, sometimes excellent. then he returned and made a good new album.
tom dub was outed as a shemale and no one ever heard from.him.again. violent J started smoking.weed, became quite brilliant for a brief period, then became hit or miss. now he is solid, but not.like that smokin era. shaggy drank too much raspberry vodka too often and it affected projects badly like Black Rain. Then he seemingly got his shit.together and came correct from that point on. he seems to be getting betteer

FTFO is one of my favorite PSY albums ever, I didnt think his issues harmed that album at all. Mostly jus Black Rain. not including the six Jokers Cards, FTFO is easily.in.my top ten fave PSY albums.

His flow on black rain is better than opaque brotherhood
true or.not, Shaggs choice of rhymes on BR is mystifyingly odd. About every song comes to a halt when its his turn.to spit. You can.eother look at that as he commands attention with his sheer charisma, or he sounds so off that it takes you out of the fantasy of wicked music because its so goofy.

Really? I'm curious what you mean, mainly because I agree with you most of the time but not here. I don't think Shags brings much as a lyricist- he'll come up with a couple of lines that are gold sometimes, but his verses don't usually hang together very well. His flow isn't weak but not really special either. I mean, don't get me wrong, Shags is definitely the shit, but it's because he's an unbelievable performer who carries the live shows like nobody else could. Not to mention, ICP and the Dark Carnival are really J's personal vision and there's probably not room for another creative ego there. ICP could only work with someone like Shags who's OK with staying in J's shadow creatively, which a super talented lyricist probably wouldn't be.

Yeah I actually thought FTFO was a great effort from Shaggs. Not nearly as sloppy as his performances on Opaque Brotherhood and Duk Da Fuk Down. Also his performances during the Lotus shows at the Gathering were pretty terrible up until this year. This year they all did a great job and actually seemed to know their lyrics as if they had rehearsed for a change. And then the sound cut out...
