Yeah before I went back to PlayStation with the PlayStation 3, I spent about 2 and a half years playing Xbox 360. The best times for me on Xbox Live was meeting alot of cool people while playing Left 4 Dead 1 & 2. Sucks that L4D is an Xbox exclusive. Dead Rising series is another great game that usually only sees a release on Xbox as well. Except for Dead Rising 2. I was hopeful DR3 would come to PS4, but nope. Fucking dumb. Oh well.

Anyways, I'm sticking with PlayStation. In the 2 years I played Xbox 360, I went through 3 Xboxes. All 3 got the red rings. The third one I got for free from Microsoft, after the second one couldn't even live past it's warranty. When I got the 3rd 360 I would own, Microsoft said it was guaranteed not to get the red rings. But it did, about 5 or 6 months later. I went back to PlayStation and have never gone back. Sony knows how to properly manifacture a working gaming console.

Understandable, I guess I'm lucky, never had any problems. 

Over the holidays I received an extra download code for the full game of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition on the Xbox One.

That game was given away free with gold several months ago, but a ninja might have missed out if they weren't signed up.

If anyone wants to trade for an unwanted code of another game they have that would be cool, if not I'll just give away the code tomorrow to the first forum ninja that shows interest.

Got the first one, been forever since I played it. It is the absolute SHIT!!!! Waaaaay better than GTA, or any other game. 

For Christmas in 2014 my wife got me an XBox One. Growing up I always had Nintendo products but the last thing I had was a Wii in like 2003-2004 and I rarely played it at all. So I'd see all these commercials over the years for these sweet looking Xbox and Playstation games and would be like damn! So she got me one on a black Friday deal or some shit.

So now it's been a little over a year since I've gotten back into playing video games and I really enjoy it and have no idea why I didn't look outside of the Nintendo world years earlier. Definitely my favorite game I've played on the Xbox One is Sunset Overdrive. Anybody play that? For my tastes, it's basically endless fun and a unique gaming experience for sure. The soundtrack also kicks ass.

Other games I've enjoyed in the past year (not necessarily that came out during that time) were definitely Mortal Kombat X (again, haven't played a MK game in YEARS), Batman Arkham Knight, Alien Isolation, Dead Rising 3, Assassins Creed Black Flag, and a few others. I saw someone else mention Borderlands. I played Borderlands 2 recently since someone had recommended it and I had a Gamestop gift card. It is a really well done game and has a lot going for it, but I also did not like it all that much. Unlike the other games I mentioned, I got to the point where I was strictly just playing it to be done with it as I am not one to spend some time on a game and not beat it. Also unlike the other games, I didn't make it a point to play all the side missions too and only did some here and there to boost up my character enough to get through the damn game. Currently I'm playing South Park Stick Of Truth, which is awesome. It's nice to have that 360 backwards capability to catch up on some great games I never had a chance to play.

I am excited about the horror games coming out in 2016 as well as Cup Head, anybody see footage of that game? Holy shit. I'm thinking about getting Far Cry Primal. I have never played any Far Cry games before but just saw a commercial the other day and it looks sweet.

I have no idea why I made such a long post. I'm bored at work right now.

fallout 4 is awsome the only game I been playing for the past 2 months

building my settlements and such I liked it way more than fallout 3 or new vegas

and if anyone has an x-box one and want's the fallout 3 download code let me know, I have the hardcopy of the game on my x-box 360 and don't plan on playing it again anyway.
