did anyone catch these this week?

 

Minority report seems to be a 'sequel' of sorts to the movie, i liked it, good for a pilot which i usually am not a fan of.

Lucifer is basically the devil decided that he is bored of hell and go solving crimes with a hot police officer. terrible show, but it has entertaining moments.

 

any one else got any thoughts?

thanks smack, you just fucked up my entire week. what the fuck, that series was actually good!

fucking stupid tv channels.

 

i never knew lucifer was based on comics, i think it has potential. even though most tv/movie comic adaptions suck dick if you ask me.

honestly. i didnt see the movie. i know the rough outline, but the series is pretty good.

 

the 2 brothers who are pre crime get split up and it fucks up there ability. so one of them goes and tries continuing but keeps failing.

Lucifer is very very very very very loosely based on the character from the sandman and his own title which was a spin off of sandman. Basically outside of the name and the bored with hell concept, they're completely different.

I have no interest in the show but I hated constantine because they used my favorite hellblazer story and robbed it of all of its weight and integrity, then they made Constantine a racist which didn't work for me at all. 

People are saying that Lucifer seems like what Constantine wanted to be and that it does a better job of what it was trying to do. But I don't know. I won't watch it. I wish that warner bros would make or license their vertigo titles with some sort of love for the product. Lucifer - if they actually followed the character as gaiman created - would have been amazing.
