Sometimes I at least like the beat he butchers over…-I mean raps over. Not today. I gotta say 1 of the things working against this song is he sounds like he isn’t feeling his own shit. He sounds like he showed up just so somebody could hand him a legal pad. He looked at it for a second, then started spitting into the microphone. Once he realized there were no more words to read he hung up the headphones and walked right back out, as if if he just stopped to take a piss or something.
And btw I’m not saying he didn’t write this. just hearing this song, that’s the type of image that popped in my head.

I think he could do with some decent direction. If he had like a proper mentor or something, maybe he could find his voice. Someone pushing him. He’s not bad at all, he’s just unremarkable (imo). If he had someone guiding him and helping him play to his strengths, he could be something but I don’t think he’s anything right now.
He’s like Lex Lite. Everything he does, Lex can do better. That label doesn’t need someone who’s a cheap version of an artist they’ve already got signed.
