HUDSON, Fla. –
A known drug dealer was killed at a home in Hudson on Sunday night, according to Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco. Deputies responded to a call around 8:00 p.m. Neighbors said they called police Sunday night after hearing arguments coming from the home at 12206 Bear Claw Loop. The sheriff said the victim, Francis Soto, is an associate of the Juggalos gang, and has prior arrests in Pasco County. Detectives say it appears he died from a gunshot wound. Nocco said he was not surprised to learn of Soto’s fate. “When you’re involved in drugs and had several arrests and you’re in the game?  Something’s going to happen.” It appears that Soto, 26, knew his assailant, and invited him into his home. “These (suspects) are drug dealers,” said Nocco, and that deputies are building a case against them. Anyone with information is asked to call the Pasco County tips line at 1-800-706-2488.
