It makes sense that they'd wanna start working with legit artists with other fanbases to get away from the strictly juggalo thing. He still does pretty good numbers and makes some banging beats. They'd be stupid not to do it imo.

I would not call necro a "legit artist" Yeah some of his beats are dope, and yeah he can freestyle, well 20 years ago anyway. necro is a scumbag and doing a track with necro no way helps twiztid (besides they have worked together before)

He's produced for and worked with Kool G Rap, Raekwon, Cage, Missin Linx, Non Phixion, JMT, Immortal Tech, Tech N9ne etc... I would say his shit is legit. I would say he has A LOT of fans that would cross over to Twiztid fans that were otherwise put off by all the juggalo shit. They def have something to gain from it.

what i mean by twiztid not having anything to gain by it, is that they have toured before, damn near all of twiztids fan know who necro is and vice versa, this is not a crossover into something new for them. his production is good, i give him that, but thats about it for him, his albums have sucked since i need drugs. I just dont see this as a plus or minus for twiztid, its a plus for necro however

I always thought the production was trash. I had a buddy that was obsessed with the dude and I had to sit through quite a bit of his shit. He has lyricism going for him, but that's it for me. His flow is weak and his voice is grating and monotonous.

That being said, It couldn't hurt either of them to do a track together. They both might possibly gain some fans. I just won't listen it myself, but hey, I'm just one dude.

My thoughts on Necro are:

- moderately to occasionally above average raps and beats

- monotonous flow, agreed. Some folks like that, some don't.

- personality-wise is a complete fucking asshole, or maybe he just uses that persona to sell records. Perhaps he loves kittens and gives money to battered women charities behind closed doors.

- "Fight Club" with ICP and Esham is an awful track to me. Everything about it.

- if he and Twiztid do the tracks collaboratively, not emailed beats and phones in shit, it will be solid. Otherwise he won't get Twiztidas people and artists uunlesshe has studied their back catalog. He'll probably do a half passed rap like he was making music for KMK fans or something.

- I'd listen to it.

I listened to Necro and it sounded like John Leguizamo rapping in his sloth character from ice age, and the beat sounded like a fat chick pulling anal beads out of her cavernous, gas-filled rectum in slow motion.

I was not born hating Necro. His lack of talent made me this way.
