They did it, allowed or not. I don't argue when I'm in front of a cop. They have the ability (whether they are allowed to or not) to make your day go from bad to worse.

Those look like they are stainless, not .925 silver. But that's not bad. I can't tell the difference between silver and stainless from 3 feet away. I think in the future I would do stainless instead.

I still have my OG diamond cut 2 in charm i got on the ABJ tour back in august of 99. I need to get it cleaned professionally as it is damn near black. its been in around my shaggy beanieboys neck for probably 10 years now. Love that charm, never liked the non diamond cut versions that came out after the OG

I've had the worst luck with this charm over the years. I got one in 2007, it got bent in about 2011/2012, and ever since then I've missed every opportunity to get a new one. I want this one super bad, but $175!? I think I got mine when it was like $100 or so. Not sure if I can drop that extra 75 on that right now.
on the other hand how can I ever truly gang bang without it?! Lol

They hold onto regular jewelry but if you are a Latin King with a crown chain with the right number of points theyll take it. Same thing if you are MS and have an Elsalvador flag chain....stuff like that they take in my area at least.

with police in my area, if they have it in their possession, you aint gettin it back without a lawyer.
usually, it ends up being 'destroyed', because you see, they need the space in the evidence room.
right now, we got a case goin on involving a jerkoff cop that straight ran a woman down in his truck. then, he and other officers lost, destroyed, or tampered with every single piece of evidence. wanna know who was assigned to investigate? the shithead that killed her. all pretty fuckin typical, actually, except this time, a civilian died.
nobodys goin to jail. and the department refused to inform the family of any of this until literally the day after the expiration date for them to file a wrongful death suit. also typical.
courts are still sorting it out.
