I remember in "behind the paint" J mentioned how Vampiro would use the word, and how J thought it was funny. So who knows?
My personal opinion is that their choice to not use the word is a business decision so as to not offend the juggalettes. For whatever reason, women tend to not like words like "pussy" and "cunt". However, "neden" seems to be okay.

I never thought about the lack of the word "Cunt." For some reason I think I have heard them use it, and I highly doubt they are worried about offending their female fans. Juggalettes don't get offended easily. Songs about sex with dead chicks, okay. Saying the word count seems to fail in comparison to that. And lots of other points I could make, but I'm sure you get the point.
