a lot of the names people are throwing out haven't done shit in years. Gordy fell off hard as fuck and others are saying whack ass horrorcore.com guys like it's still a scene... Someone said steal Prozak from strange. WHY? It don't make sense. He hasn't really done much of anything at strange and maybe he's not the best fit over there but it literally does nothing for twiztid and he seems kinda comfy where he's at. 

Twiztid has said that it might not be all wicked shit and it might not even be all rap. They're looking for stuff that really speaks to them and artists that they think are dope. Twiztid are, and have been for a long time, about thinking for yourself and opening your mind up. They haven't really been that wicked in ages and horrorcore as a whole is mostly a dead genre while you got people like odd future, flatbush zombies, and death grips who aren't horror at all but who use some of that same shock value shit. Twiztid's best bet (IMO) to stop being thought of as "ICP's proteges" is to dip into that end of the pool a bit and gain some credibility in the non horrorcore world. Obviously they can't sign those names but people like them. They gotta inch closer to alternative hip hop and some creative weird shit while maintaining what their fan base expects of them. They might also be looking at rock and metal acts to help bring in those fans.

I can easily see Aqualeo fitting that model. They're tight rappers with a lot of interesting shit to say (a lot of which seems to overlap with twiztid's world view). Aqualeo are on some hot potential shit. They're not there yet but they could easily be to Twiztid what Twiztid were to ICP and eventually branch off into their own. They don't need twiztid but they could use em for sure. It looked for a while that they might be signing with strange and then it never happened. It could be because twiztid talked to them. Acie High's new solo doesn't seem to be on a label and their site is all direct buy from them. 

As for who else? I can't really begin to imagine. A lot of people are saying kung fu vampire and I enjoyed him live when he toured with icp but I don't really know enough about him or what he does though.

If they really wanted to shock me, they'd get someone like Hed PE who would fit in perfectly with them. I think they're pretty solidly on suburban noize though.

Hed PE have actually left Suburban Noize and joined something called pavement music records or some shit. Evolution was released thru that label
