I'm thinking it will sound like the original Triple Threat song where all 3 of them are spitting Blaze lyrics in his style. (and yes, I'm aware that Madrox writes a fair amount of Blaze's lyrics).
I'm looking forward to it because it's been a minute since we've gotten a straight up rap album from Twiztid.
Yup I'm definitely down for an album full of "triple threat" and "buss yo head open" "somebody dissin u"

With my two favorite artists releasing phenomenal albums the same day, this fell to the way side, but this project was much better than I expected. Not super blow you out of the water good but it was decent. ROC can write some mean verses but his hook game lacks and I feel as though song concepts get lost. I've always loved his features much more than his own material because of that.

I never cared for the roc, still gave it a spin and my opinion hasnt really changedThe song that i actually liked was "disgusted"...the beat is fire and that chicks voice on the hook is hypnotizing.
Am i delusional but is this an icp diss and no one is talking about it?
I'd have to listen to this song again and really pay attention. What gets said? anything obvious?

I shall listen to....but this subliminal shit is annoying mainstream hip hop acts do it too tip toe around and send vague subliminals tI don't got time to decipher these things whatever happened to "fuck imma fuck up when I see em" type aggression

Its monos verse in particular...says sumtin like i aint fuckin wit u fruit flies, flew the coop and got a new high
Yeah its subliminal, but that verse as a whole makes you have assumptions...but then again assuumptions are basically nothing cuz its all in your head-dizzy wright
I love this song tho, the organ piano noises in the background (or whatever it is) and that girls voice matches along so well to the beat

Late to the party but ROC but out a dope ass album here.Sidenote: I hate when people say "maybe it'll grow on me" that shit reminds me of someone saying "there's a growth growing on my Dick but maybe after awhile I'll start to like it" pet peeve of mine
you would agree that music doesn't necessarily hit you right away though right? Sometimes it takes more than the initial listen to really get into an album and enjoy it. This album is actually a good example as I didn't really enjoy it when I first listened to it. I still don't think it's a great album and feels more like a compilation with all the features and lack of a cohesive focus but there's some really good tracks on here. Lex's "Contact" took a few spins for me to really dig it too.

Roc honestly fell off ever since the Halfbreed days.. after Kontamination album I stopped listening to him.. the whole Samhain Witch Killaz project would've been cool but yeah he wack to me now..
I remember the first time I heard him and skrapz on "Night They Kame Home" by HOK album after Twiztid did their HOK projects... miss those days.. Then halfbreed did "serial killaz", I used to have the original black and white cover autographed talk about rare! But yeah after serial killaz they dropped Kontamination, that was as far as I went with ROC.. not sure what happened to skrapz happened after Level Jumpers, that shit was lame..

but quick question. How do y'all listen to your music like if you get an album do you listen to it straight through? Skip around? Or make a playlist with similar artists?
Also do you listen in headphones or phone speakers?
I tend to make a playlist with fellow label mates on some loud ass speakers. How do y'all do it?
