You didn't like Sleepaway 2? Why not?  Between the references to other horror films and Angela killing them, her trying to pretend to be normal and then killing people when she snaps, throwing that bitch in the outhouse shittank, and the Flotsam and Jetsam album cover at the end [which was the thrash metal band that Jason Newsted was in prior to Metallica] was awesome.  Worked for me anyways.  It was pretty meta before meta was a thing.

probably because I'm comparing it to the OG. I shouldn't do that, but it just didn't work for me like the original did. Horrible might be too harsh of a word. There is far worse films than sleepaway 2. Just didn't work for me.

I like all the Sleepaway Camp movies. I have a box set that's shaped like a first aid kit, pretty cool. It even came with useless boring stock footage from the never released Sleepaway Camp 4. Whoo-hoo! You know the band CKY @violentdope? The lead singer married the girl/boy from Sleepaway Camp. Like dude, your wife has a penis. 

Yeah, Jess Margera is the drummer. Bam made the CKY videos that eventually spawned Jackass, not sure when the band came about. They're alright, a little light for my taste but saw them in concert and at the Gathering once, they were alright, cool show. Can't help but think of Sleepaway Camp every time I see them though.

Dude, that's a real girl... she only had a penis in the Sleepaway Camp films.  Lol

Oh, and btw CKY = Camp Kill Yourself, which was named that after the films.  Felissa Rose is also on the cover of one of their EPs or demos.

I saw CKY in a club in Boston a few years back, at the merch booth the lead singer (is it Jarod Miller? Darren Miller? I forget), would sign an album when you bought one. I bought one that had 1 of their albums and 2 other related acts (Foreign Objects and something else I can't remember right now), and he signed it. Shook his hand, shot the shit for a minute, dude was chill. I didn't tell him his wife had a penis though, I'll leave that ball busting gem to people who know him.

My mother did something sexual in the tour bus with one of the Flotsam snd Jetsam band memebrs, years ago. She also dsted Tommy Hilfiger briefly... weird I'd forgotten all about thst band and what my momma did until you said their names lol... this is indeed a crazy universe

Went to see Kevin Smiths movie Tusk today. Anybody seen it yet?? I thought it was pretty good. Slow in a few parts. It was funny too. Mr.Tusk I thought looked funny as fuck, so it isn't  scary or even suspenseful..Johnny Depp has a part in it too.Very weird/sad fuckin movie. Michael Parks was really good in it though.

I want to see. I love most Kevin Smith ventures and Michael Parks is the man. Great in Kill Bill vol 2 and From Dusk Til Dawn as Sheriff McGraw, and superb in Red State.

Interesting you said it is sad in addition to good. I heard Depp is unnecessary in it. Have to see for nyself.

I agree except for jersey girl/cop out is a piece o shit...lol..I didn't care for Red State much either.

ya its very sad....if you get disturbed easy,  it might be very biazrre for you, "normal" people would hate it...lol.. but I love these types of weird movies. I liked Johnny Depp in it..I thought he was funny..edit a bit of him, it would have helped the movie a bit and edit a few slow parts, would have given it a better pace, but its worth a watch..considering they made this all up on a podcast and filmed in a year, its pretty good. Not a classic (I don't think) but a cool  B-horror film..

Micheal Parks is a great actor and carries this movie.

Zack and Miri wasnt too bad. Watchable. The Jersey Girl was not good but i didnt feel like an anus after watching like everyone said i would. Never saw Cop Out. My friend was an extra in Dogma.

zack and miri wasnt that good but had some funny parts...ben affleck is just a shitty actor to me..when he started crying in that movie  I started to laugh..
