Kittie Announce First Show in 4 Years + Release of Documentary DVD

Kittie have recently announced that their first performance in four years will take place on October 27th at London, Ontario. The venue is Rum Runners. This is parallel to the release of their documentary DVD Origins/Evolutions. It is essentially an afterparty to the DVD release. The White Swan and The Alcohollys are the openers. Tickets are only $5; however, according to the band’s Facebook page, tickets are already halfway sold out, and are going fast.

Kittie will be performing 3 very special sets, with songs from each era featuring the respective band members. I’ve Failed You/In the Black era (2009 to 2013), Oracle/Until the End era (2001 to 2006), and Spit era (1996 to 2000). The 2007 album Funeral for Yesterday is apparently not included. The band’s current members are sisters Morgan Lander and Mercedes Lander, and Tara McLeod. Bassist Trish Doan passed away earlier this year.

Buy tickets HERE before it’s sold out.
