HatchetGear Countdown Begins…

Shortly after the HatchetGear Memorial Day Sale was over late last night, a new countdown began.

At the time of this post, we are just over three days away from the unveiling.

Will it be a whole new line of merch?  A HatchetGear facelift?  Something else new and so fresh that we can’t even fathom?

You’ll have to check back to HatchetGear.com this Friday, June 2nd at 12 PM EST to find out!

Merging with Twiztid-Shop would be great. Packages would ship on time, someone would answer the phone and return emails etc…

How about a revamp of those criminal shipping rates? I don’t even buy merch like that but I stopped preordering CDs once the shipping doubled the cost of the album.

Didn’t J mention on an interview recently that they were switching from the old ways of doing merch (i.e., having a warehouse full of physical goods of varying sizes and types) to having a company licensed to manufacture orders on demand using “top quality” fabrics and such?

If that’s the case it could go either way, depending on the manufacturer, if they go the cheap route then every CD will be a CD-R like Amazon does with their manufacture on demand thing. Though always being able to order a shirt you like and knowing it will always be in your size would be dope as fuck.

^ MOD is bs. They already sold The Phantom Extra Spooky Edition on CDR which pissed people off…Twiztid pulled the same bs though, with the fixed version of Cryptic Collection Valentines Day Edition being a CDR…

I agree. When I bought Gorilla Voltage pre-order it was a CD-R and I was pissed wheb it was announced that they had put them out on actual pressings. I felt swindled, why should my order have been any less important to get a real pressing if I pre-ordered?

I’m not sure what the route they’ll take is, but I do remember J saying something about that in an interview. Not sure if it was Faygoluvers or Hot97.

H3ML0K could be right homie j did say that merch would never be sold out only thing is u would have to wait 4-6weeks while it gets made and shipped to psy them to the person who ordered it.

Yeah, I didn’t hear about that with GV from twiztid-shop either. For what it’s worth, I didn’t preorder my GV BUT it wasn’t cdr either.

Well if it is the “On Demand” way of running
HatchetGear it kind of sucks because
a couple people will get the Bone and be out
of jobs and benefits that come with said job.
