A Tech N9ne concert is not just a concert—it’s an experience.

Four years ago, DJBooth booked Tech N9ne to close out a concert we held in Atlanta. I had personally seen Tech perform on three separate occasions—his stage show is a supercharged burst of energy that most of his contemporaries would be hard pressed to match—but I was still looking forward to experiencing his live set because I knew I’d be with a group of colleagues who had never before seen him perform live. Needless to say, Tech converted first-time concertgoers into die-hard fans after just one 45-minute set.

You can tell someone that a Tech N9ne show will be a rollercoaster ride of emotion without a seatbelt, a moment that will pull a variety of emotions from your soul that you didn’t even know were present, but you must experience it all—the mask, the lighting, the potent live vocals—to truly understand the dynamic.

Good news for anyone looking for an experience. On Sunday, October 9, Tech N9ne, along with guests Krizz Kaliko, JL, Mackenzie Nicole, StarrZ, Slo Pain, will be performing at Colorado’s famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
