Satanism documentary features Oklahoma City Satanists who claim to be Juggalos

There’s a documentary that came out last year called “The Real Enemy” which is about Satanic sects in Oklahoma City.  It focuses on some of the bigger groups who take issue with a guy named Adam Daniels who has a sect of his own called the Church of Ahriman.   Where am I going with this?  Adam Daniels claims to be a Juggalo.  In fact, the bigger Satanic groups use it as an attack on his character.  Here are some quotes:

“I think he’s completely ridiculous, I think he’s a clown which is funny because he affiliates with these Insane Clown Posse people.  I think it’s perfect, like a court jester dancing around in front of the podium.”

“Adam Daniels is, in my opinion, a complete and utter joke that happened upon the Insane Clown Posse who was also a joke, but figured out how to make it work by taking the biggest rejects in society and telling them that they’re special.  That’s basically who his membership is.”

Adam follows up by saying:

“I am a Juggalo. I love ICP.  My favorite is actually Boondox.  I LOVE Boondox.”

“There’s a lot of concepts surrounding what the wicked clowns talk about that are in congruence with what we do as well, which is why you’ll see the symbology of it throughout our things.  There’s a lot of cohesiveness.”

Here’s a synopsis of the 45 minute documentary:

On the theatre stage of a small, unassuming civic center in Oklahoma City, preparations are underway for an upcoming event which is generating an increasingly vocal chorus of opposition. A group of self-proclaimed Satan worshippers will soon take the stage to conduct a Black Mass ceremony, during which they will exorcise the Holy Spirit from a willing participant. In the heart of the Bible belt, such a ceremony is interpreted as a serious threat against the Christian leaders and residents of the community, and to the sanctity of their beliefs. The Real Enemy examines this perceived threat from the inside.

The ceremony is led by Adam Daniels, the head of the Church of Ahriman. Daniels is a controversial figure who is widely viewed as a subject of disdain and disgust, and whose reputation is further marred by his legal status as a convicted sex offender.

News of Daniels’ event sends shockwaves of controversy throughout the United States. Contributors from FOX News are viewed debating the issue on air. Local ministries are shown organizing an aggressive ground game with the hopes of inspiring a cancellation of the event. But perhaps the most vociferous opposition comes from an entirely unexpected source: other Satanists in the community.

For them, Daniels is a tacky and tasteless showman who perverts the religion they hold dear. These devil worshippers express their beliefs in a much more subdued and orderly fashion than Daniels, and they’re shamed by and dismissive of his court jester theatrics. Meanwhile, city officials defend the group’s right to host their ceremony in one of their venues. The government, they say, cannot impinge upon the right of free speech. All the elements are in place for a combustible conclusion.

The film gives occasionally foul-mouthed voice to each player in this circus, and the results are fascinating, colorful and often humorous. The Real Enemy seems to approach its subject with a sly wink at times, but there are worthy currents of depth hidden behind its outrageous façade. What’s happening in Oklahoma City is a microcosm of some larger cultural themes, including religious-based intolerance, delusion and hypocrisy.

Because it’s really easy to misinterpret “Truth is we follow GOD” with “Hail Satan,” right??

    Satanists are dumb nerds.
Needed a way to scare Mommy and Daddy in a vague attempt to make themselves “interesting”, “unique” and for some “scary”. They just as dumb as the people who follow the religions they oppose. Also satanism is just a sad way to excuse self righteousness all seriously down satanists are selfish pricks they feel they can do what they fuck they like and ignore other peoples feelings cos they are always in their right, being their own god and devil and all.

Go back to playing Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer.

I was going to be the head of the satanic movement in Utah until I found out you have to pay $50 to join the church.

Either way, the way you described Satanists describes majority of the planet.

People are all self righteous pricks using their insipid titles and labels to justify every thing about themselves. Just get on the social media and read the dumb ass memes. “The lonliest people are the nicest people that puts everybody else above themselves” no you’re just a lonely whiny self righteous bitch.

I especially hate the friend zoned ‘nice guys’. Girls don’t dig assholes, they dig confidence it just takes a lot of confidence to be an asshole. Don’t pull this self righteous bullshit to make yourself feel better about being a sexually frustrated, socially awkward whiny bitch who makes women feel uncomfortable.
