Hopsin is willing to put you on a monthly payroll and supply you with all of the equipment you need.  If you are not in the U.S., he is willing to fly you to L.A. and help you obtain a work visa.

I’m looking for someone who is an absolute BEAST at mixing music and is up to date on all the new plug ins that can really contribute to a song. I need you to understand how to make a kick and snare stand out, how to make vocals sound clean and all that technical stuff. I’m not really into bouncing around between too many engineers and producers. I pretty much want u on my team. If u can help me with this, I will help u by putting u on a monthly payroll to make sure you are eating VERY VERY VERY well. I’ll also provide you with any equipment u need to reach your full potential. I don’t care where u are in the world. I’ll fly u to LA and sponsor u so u can get a visa to live out here. It don’t matter. I just need QUALITY. I usually do all this work myself but my schedule is getting too crazy to tackle all that alone. I know there is someone out there who is hungry for this.
